da sich in unserer aktuellen WG-Konstellation bald einiges ändert, werden in unserer super sweeten Wohnung sogar drei tolle Zimmer frei,
eines stellt sich nun hier vor:
Hallihallo, ich bin das helle Zimmer. Ich bin schon so ca. 20 m² groß, bin gut geschnitten, verfüge über einen französischen Balkon und bin durch das große Fenster hell und sonnig. Aktuell bin ich noch so ziemlich mit allem ausgestattet, was ein Herz begehren könnte (Bett, Couch, Schreibtisch, Lampen, Pflanzen, etc.), weil ich im letzten Jahr untervermietet wurde. Meine Möbel können anfangs gerne benutzt werden, aber Jule möchte sie dann im September abholen. Falls das für euch nicht passt, weil ihr eure eigenen Möbel habt, findet sich dafür bestimmt eine andere Lösung.
Das Highlight der Wohnung ist wohl das große, gemütliche Wohnzimmer mit genügend Platz zum puzzeln, surfen üben, über den Beamer Filme schauen, gemeinsam essen, Spieleabende, Coworking oder alles gleichzeitig.
Im Flur der Wohnung ist viel Platz für Schuhe, Jacken, Helme usw. Für alles andere gibt es zwei Kammern auf der Zwischenebene und zwei Kellerräume.
Die gut ausgestattete und schöne Küche (überzeugt euch selbst) geht zum wunderschönen Garten heraus, wo wir im Sommer in der Sonne liegen und Aperolchen trinken und/oder mit Freund*innen grillen.
Es gibt außerdem 2 luxeriöse Bäder mit Regendusche und Fußbodenheizung und Badewanne und sogar noch ein drittes Bad, das wir als Balkon umfunktioniert haben, wo gechillt und geraucht werden kann.
Für ein Auto findet sich meist ein Parkplatz in der Nähe und Räder stehen stets sicher im Hof.

because some people are moving out of our super sweet shared apartment, three rooms will become available soon.
One of them will introduce itself here:
Hello there, I'm the room. I'm approximately 20 square meters in size, have a good layout and a french balcony and I am equipped with pretty much everything your heart desires (bed, couch, desk, lamps, plants, etc.) because I have been sublet for the past year. The furniture can be used by the person moving in (maybe you?) in the beginning, but Jule wants to collect her furniture in September. If that is not an option for you because you have your own stuff, we can surely find a solution.
The highlight of the flat is probably the big cozy living room with enough space for doing puzzles, learning surfing, watching movies on the projector, eating together, game nights, coworking or everything at once.
In the hallway, there's plenty of room for shoes, jackets, and more. Two storage spaces on the mezzanine level and two cellar rooms are available for everything else. The well-equipped beautiful kitchen and opens up to the beautiful garden, where we can sunbathe, have an Aperol, or grill with friends. We have two luxurious bathrooms with rainfall showers and floor heating and even a third bathroom that we repurposed as a balcony where we can chill and smoke.
Finding a parking spot nearby is usually not a problem, and our bikes are securely stored in the courtyard.
Wir wohnen in der schönen Südvorstadt in einer ruhigen Parallelstraße zur Karli, genießen die Vorzüge des in der Nähe liegenden Sees (20 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zum Cossi), Parks, Bars, Clubs, Cafés, und und und. Kurz gefasst ist alles in Fahrradnähe und gut zu erreichen, und auch die Straßenbahnanbindung mit der 10 oder 11 liegt in angenehmer Laufnähe.

We live in the beautiful Südvorstadt in a quiet parallel street of the Karli, where you can enjoy the benefits of the nearby lake, bars, parks, friends and and and. In short, everything is within cycling distance and easily accessible, and the tram lines 10 and 11 are also in walking distance.
Da drei Leute aus privaten Gründen ausziehen, wird sich die Konstellation einmal komplett ändern, das WGleben wie bisher wird im Folgenden beschrieben:
Das WG-Leben ist gemeinschaftlich, was heißt, dass wir uns Lebensmittel teilen und auch mal miteinander abhängen, entweder beim Abendessen, auf ein Bier oder zum Filmschauen über den Beamer im Wohnzimmer. Wir ernähren uns vegetarisch/vegan, bekommen seit neustem jede Woche eine Gemüsekiste von der SoLaWi und sind alle irgendwo (Queerfeminismus, Umweltschutz,...) politisch aktiv.
Putzen, Finanzen und Einkaufen regeln wir über die App Flatastic, was sehr gut funktioniert.
Wohnen bleiben:
Eli, im Januar eingezogen und studiert Psychologie im Master. Sie ist gerne in der Natur am spazieren, gärtnern oder lesen und ist für jeden Spieleabend zu haben. Zum Namen passend ist sie auch manchmal beim Feiern im eli unterwegs.
Hannah hat den Sommer frei, aber fängt im September eine Stelle als Ärztin an. Wenn das alles zu bürgerlich wird arbeitet sie ab und an noch in der Kletterhalle oder aktiviert sich politisch ;D. Bei einem Kurzurlaub in Italien oder beim Auflegen, nem Kippchen ,Tee, Bierchen ect ist Hannah auch gerne am Start.
Zwei weitere Zimmer werden zu Anfang und Ende Juli frei, sodass noch zwei weitere bisher unbekannte Mitbewohni-Person neu einziehen würde.
Wir wünschen uns ein gemeinschaftliches Leben zusammen und haben bisher zum Beispiel die Kosten für Lebensmittel usw. geteilt, mit und füreinander gekocht und planen auch Mal ein WG-Wochenende gemeinsam zu verbringen.
Außerdem haben wir regelmäßig Plena gemacht, um über organisatorische Dinge und individuelle Bedürfnisse zu sprechen.
Wir wünschen und erhoffen uns, dass wir eine Person finden, die sich gerne beteiligen und Zusammenwohnen als etwas positives und geteiltes sieht; Spaß ist dabei immer wichtig.

The shared living experience is communal, which means we share groceries and often hang out together, whether it's over dinner, for a beer, or to watch movies using the projector in the living room. We follow a vegetarian/vegan diet, and recently, we receive a weekly vegetable box from the SoLaWi (community supported agriculture) initiative. Many of us are involved in various political activities like Queer feminism, nature conservation, and more.
We manage cleaning, finances, and shopping using the Flatastic app, which works very well.
Still living in the flat will be:
Hannah will have some time off during the summer and will begin working as a doctor in September. She occasionally works in the climbing hall, but also always finds time for a short vacation in Italy or to hang out, have a smoke, tea, beer...
Eli moved in in January and is the only student in the shared flat, studying for a Master's degree in psychology. She enjoys being in nature for walks, gardening or reading and is always up for a game night. In keeping with her name, she is also sometimes out partying at eli.
Two other rooms will become available from June, so there will be other new persons in as well.
We live very communally together, share costs for food, etc., cook with and for each other, and also plan to spend WG weekends together sometimes. We do plenums regularly to talk about organisational matters and individual needs.
We wish and hope to find a person who likes to participate and see living together as something positive and shared; fun is always important.

WICHTIG !! es wäre sehr gut wenn die Möbel im Zimmer noch bis August/September bleiben könnten !! Sonst werden wir gemeinsam eine andere Lösung finden.
