Nettes WG Zimmer (12qm) in Südvorstadt! :D

Zentrale Lage in der Südvorstadt, direkt an der HTWK, etwa 10 Minuten mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder Fahrrad von der Innenstadt entfernt. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Lidl, Rewe...), sehr nah zur Post und Apotheke, sowie zur Tram und Bus Haltestelle (9, 11, 10). Auf der Karli gibt es viele Restaurants und Take Away Optionen. Trotz der Nähe zur Karli, liegt es ruhig und in einer netten Nachbarschaft.

Central location in the south of Leipzig, right next to HTWK, about 10 minutes away from the city center if you take public transport or a bike. Several supermarkets in the area (Aldi, Lidl, Rewe...), also close to the post office, pharmacy, as well as the tram and bus stop (9, 10, 11). On Karli there's also many restaurants and take away places. Despite the location it's still a quiet and nice neighborhood.

Du wirst diese Wohnung mit Domino und Sariel teilen. Beide halten die Wohnung ordentlich, sauber und bequem.

Domino ist 25, ist Hobbykünstler und Technikliebhaber mit 200 anderen Interessen die ständig wechseln. Sie verbringt gerne Zeit draußen, unter Freunden oder mit Videospielen und wenn es zu heiß ist werden Cocktails gemischt.
Besonders wohl fühlt er sich unter Fans von queeren Medien, sei es Musik, Film, Theater oder was anderes. Zu ihren Lieblingsgenres gehören Horror, Dark Comedy und Indie; ziemlich alles was unangenehme Gefühle hervorruft, aber auch purer Trash :)

Sariel, 25 Jahre alt und aus Spanien, verbringt die meiste Zeit zeichnend vor derem Computer. Wenn dey nicht künstlert, spielt dey Videospiele, liest, schaut Filme oder bereitet die nächste Dungeons and Dragons Session vor. Dey liebt Science-Fiction, 80's Techno Pop und klassische Musik. Dey arbeitet für gewöhnlich in derem Zimmer, aber mag es auch einen netten Nachmittag mit Leuten und einer heißen Tasse Tee zu verbringen.

Manchmal laden sie ihre Freunde ein, um Videospiele zu spielen oder zusammen zu kochen, jedoch ist nicht allzuviel Raum für große Parties.

You'll be sharing this flat with Domino and Sariel. The flat is tidy and comfortable, but not excessive in cleanliness.

Domino is 25, a hobby artist and friend of electronics with several other interests, that are ever changing. They like to spend time outdoors but also enjoy playing videogames or mixing cocktails from time to time.
They feel most comfortable around people with similar interests in queer media, be it films, music, theatre or others. Among their favourite genres are horror, dark comedy and indie; mostly anything that will make you feeel uneasy, but also comfort, comedy or trash. :)

Sariel, 25 years old and from Spain, spends most of their time drawing on their computer. Whenever they're not creating or studying they're playing video games, reading, watching films or preparing the next Dungeons and Dragons session. They love Science-Fiction, 80's Techno-Pop and classical music. They usually work in their room, but also love sharing a good afternoon watching movies with good company and tea.

Sometimes either of them have their closer friends over but they're not fond of huge parties (at least at their place). They spend time playing games together or just having a good talk in the common area.

Die ehemalige Mitbewohnerin würde gern ihren Schreibtisch und Ikea Schublade verkaufen (siehe Bilder für Aussehen und Größe) und das eingebautes Hochbett wäre extra 100€.
