Ich ziehe vorzeitig aus meinem WG-Zimmer aus, welches noch bis zum 30.09. frei ist.
Das Zimmer zeigt zum Süden und ist ca 16qm groß. Der Boden ist Echtholzparkett.
Ein 1,80m großes Bett sowie eine große Komode und ein kleiner Schreibtisch sind im Zimmer vorhanden.
Ansonsten haben wir eine große Küche mit geräumigem Balkon der in den grünen Innenhof zeigt.
Die Lage ist super, sehr zentral (nur 2 min zu Fuß zur Bahn) und in der Südvorstadt gibt es sowieso alles was das Herz begehrt. Zwei Spätis sind auch um
Die Ecke und man ist mit dem Fahrrad sogar recht fix im Park und am See :)
Momentan wohnen hier Lotti (22) und Helena (23).
Unser Wg Leben ist sehr entspannt, wir begegnen uns oft in der Küche oder dem Balkon zum spontane Wein/Bier trinken oder einfach nur zum quatschen.
Also alles kann, nichts muss, wie immer...
Die Miete beträgt 350€ pro Monat inklusive Internet und Strom.
