Dein neues Zimmer wäre ein helles, ca. 12.m² Zimmer in einer, beim Einzug meiner ehemaligen Mitbewohner.
Die Küche lädt zum Kochen und gemütlichen Sitzen allein oder mit Freunden ein. Das Badezimmer ist groß und sauber.

The vacant room has 12 square meters to live in,
The whole appartment has got around 76 square meters with a kitchen with cooker, dishwasher, wash-dryer and refrigerator/freezer.
The flat is close to Eisenbahn street where all the cafes, bars, restaurants and supermakerts are, and it takes 10-15 to reach the main station.
So, if you are already in Leipzig, why don't you come along to take a look?
Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und sehr zentral. In die Volkmarsdorf , und Hauptbahnhof braucht man zu Fuß knapp 20 Minuten.
Durch die Nähe zum Bahnhof ist die Verkehrsanbindung sehr gut, in 1 Minute von der Wohnung entfernt befindet sich auch eine weitere Straßenbahnhaltestelle
Das WG-Leben stelle ich mir genau so entspannt vor, wie es bisher war. , ein Zusammenleben in dem man gern mal einen Kaffee trinkt, einen Film zusammen schaut oder zusammen kocht, aber in dem auch jeder seinen Freiraum hat und sich zurück ziehen kann. Wir sind bisher ohne einen festen Putzplan ausgekommen, trotzdem solltest du schon ein Auge für Sauberkeit und Ordnung mitbringen. :-)

Das Drei--Familienhaus hat drei 3-Zimmer-Wohnungen in in sich abgeschlossenen Appartments.
Der bisherige Umgang miteinander ist recht familiär. Man trifft sich mal abends auf ein Bierchen oder zum Filme gucken.
Die WG wird sowohl aus Studierenden wie auch Berufstätigen bestehen
