As of June 1 we will have 1 room available in a sunny, centrally located 3-room apartment in a historically protected building from the Wilhelminian era available, for roughly 6 months (start date fix, end date flexible).
The pictures are from around 2 years ago, ever since then the current flatmates have changed the furniture and the look quite a lot. We are planning to renovate it a bit by the end of this month and will then also be able to take new pictures.
IMPORTANT: Currently the bathroom is under construction! You can still shower in the neighbouring apartment, however for potentially another month or two that might be the situation.
The 3 room apartment is furnished with care and taste, the original wooden floorboards and the antique doors are preserved. The apartment (75 sqm) has three bedrooms (2 double beds and one sleeping sofa), a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Here you will find a dishwasher, an oven with ceramic hob, a microwave, a refrigerator, a coffee machine, a kettle, pots, pans and plenty of dishes. Internet obviously is included, too.
Deposit is one month's rent, so 360€. You get it back when you move out and the place is left in the state you found it :-)

Vermietet wird hier ab 1. Juni für etwa 6 Monate (flexibel) ein Zimmer in einer zentral gelegenen 3-Zimmer-Wohnung im Gründerzeitviertel unweit des Hauptbahnhofs.
Die Bilder stammen von vor etwa 2 Jahren, seitdem haben die jetzigen Mitbewohner die Möbel und das Aussehen ziemlich verändert. Wir planen, es bis Ende dieses Monats etwas zu renovieren und dann auch neue Bilder machen zu können.
WICHTIG: Aktuell wird die Dusche gerade saniert. Man kann sich in der Nachbarswohnung aber duschen und wir hoffen, es so schnell wie möglich fertig zu haben, aber wahrscheinlich dauert es noch ein oder 2 Monate.
In der mit Sorgfalt und Geschmack eingerichteten 3 Zimmer Wohnung sind die originalen Holzdielen und die antiken Türen erhalten. Die Wohnung (75 qm) besitzt drei vollmöblierte Zimmer mit zwei Doppelbetten und einer Schlafcouch, ein Bad mit bodengleicher Dusche und eine komplett eingerichtete Küche mit Essbereich. Hier finden Sie eine Spülmaschine, einen Backofen mit Ceranfeld, einen Kühlschrank, eine Kaffeemaschine, einen Wasserkocher, Töpfe, Pfannen und reichlich Geschirr.
Internet ist auch inklusive.
Kaution ist eine Monatsmiete, also 360€. Diese bekommst du wieder wenn du beim Auszug alles gut hinterlässt :)

Our house is exactly 1.8 km away from the main train station.
In the nearby Eisenbahnstraße you will find various shops such as Aldi (Konradstr. 27), a bakery and various fruit and vegetable shops. You can eat well and cheap. You can find all of this near the intersection Eisenbahnstr./Ecke Hermann-Liebermannstr. The nearest pharmacyis on Eisenbahnstrasse 33 towards the city center on the right-hand side of the street, dating back to 1880.
About the house:
Spared from the war to a large extent, this Wilhelminian quarter gives you a unique insight into Leipzig from the 1860s to the 1900s.
The apartment is located in a listed building from 1885. With the original wooden floorboards and doors, the apartment combines antique charm with modern comfort.
Ludwigstrasse is located in the middle of a quiet area full of trees, close to the city center. This district is a Wilhelminian monument. Most of the houses in this area were built between 1880/97. After a careful renovation and with respect for the old architecture, this apartment is still equipped with modern comfort.
You can sit comfortably in the courtyard or park your bike.

In der nahe-gelegenen Eisenbahnstraße finden Sie verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Aldi (Konradstr. 27), eine Bäckerei und diverse Obst und Gemüsehandlungen. Gut und günstig essen Sie bei Mr. Wok. Dies alles finden Sie in der Nähe der Kreuzung Eisenbahnstr./Ecke Hermann-Liebermannstr. Die nächste Apotheke liegt in der Eisenbahnstrasse 33 Richtung Stadtmitte auf der rechten Straßenseite. Sie ist sehenswert und stammt aus dem Jahr 1880.
Zum Haus:
Vom Krieg weitgehend verschont, erhält man in diesem Gründerzeitviertel einen einmaligen Einblick in das Leipzig der Jahre 1860 bis 1900.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem denkmalgeschützten Haus von 1885. Mit den originalen Holzdielen und Türen kombiniert die Wohnung antiken Charme mit modernem Komfort.
Die Ludwigstraße liegt in mitten einer baumbepflanzten ruhigen Gegend, nahe der Innenstadt. Dieses Stadtviertel ist ein Monument der Gründerzeit. Die Baujahre der meisten Häuser dieser Umgebung, liegt zwischen 1880/97. Nach einer behutsamen Renovierung und mit Respekt vor der alten Baukunst, ist diese Wohnung dennoch mit modernem Komfort ausgestattet.
Im Hof können ihr gemütlich sitzen oder euer Fahrrad abstellen.
