Unsere WG formiert sich neu, für dieses Zimmer suche ich, Christina (w,33) ab März 2024 eine:n neue:n Mitbewohner:in.
Angeboten wird ein möbliertes Zimmer mit 21qm. Bett, Regale, Schreibtisch und Stuhl sind vorhanden.
Die WG hat außerdem ein großes Wohnzimmer und eine sehr gemütliche Küche.
Die Mietdauer ist flexibel möglich von 3-6 Monate (Ende November 2024 maximal).

Hi there,
our WG is re-organizing itself. I am Christina (w,33) and looking for someone nice, friendly, open-minded and -hearted to live with me. The room is big and full of light. It is furnished with the most important things (bed, shelves, chair etc.).
I have studied psychology, coaching, and breath work therapy, and love making music (producing, recording).
I am easy-going, but this is not a "party WG", I work and have a lot to do. I love cooking or doing yoga together from time to time, but otherwise to leave each other space-

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Seitenstraße der Karli, direkt gegenüber vom Aldi.
Die Karli ist eine beliebte und belebte lange Straße mit vielen Cafés, Bars, Restaurants und süßen Läden sowie einigen Orten für Kulturveranstaltungen. Hier ist immer etwas los. Trotzdem ist unsere Wohnung ruhig (ihr werdet es merken, wenn ihr die Wohnung besichtigt), weil wir eben in einer Seitenstraße wohnen.
In 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Clara-Zetkin-Park und in 20 Minuten ist man mit dem Rad am Cospudener See.

The apartment is near a very lively street with a lot of bars and restaurants. In 10 minutes, you're also in the Clara-Zetkin-Park, a very nice and big park with a canal and adjacent woods. By bike, you'll be at the Cospudener See in about 20 minutes.
Es ist keine "Party-WG". Mir ist wichtig, dass das Zusammenleben harmonisch ist, wir mal zusammen kochen können und alles easy-going ist. :-)
Ich wünsche mir eine Mitbewohnerin, die nicht mehr in ihrer "Sturm-und-Drang-Phase" ist, sondern etwas gesettleter.
Bitte keine Haustiere.
Wichtig ist mir außerdem Sauberkeit und Ordnung sowie eine direkte Kommunikation, wenn es mal etwas zu besprechen gibt.
Ich würde mich freuen, auch mal was zusammen zu unternehmen, wenn es passt, und auch zusammen Sport, Yoga, Breathwork zu machen oder zu meditieren. :)

I like cooking together and am always open for a chat. Other than that, I like an easy-going side-by-side living in the WG.
No pets, please (I love them, but it would be too much).
