...so hier muss mal endlich eine neuer Text hin, der alte war sch.... schlecht. Wir brauchen einen Text wo du beim Durchlesen dir sofort sagst „Oh, die WG ist so geil, da muss ich unbedingt einziehen!!“
Und dann kommst du hier zur Besichtigung und deine einzige Aufgabe ist es bei uns auszulösen: „Oh, die ist so g... gut, die muss hier unbedingt einziehen!!“
Also, wir sind Lara (Medizin), Trinh (Krankenpflegerin), Mira (Fotografin), Manuel (Informatik) und ich, Robert (wow... auch Informatik). Und du bist etwas detailverliebt, damit du den Dreck den du hinterlässt genau siehst und wegmachst. Etwas sorgsam, damit du Dreck gar nicht erst erzeugst. Mit räumlichen Vorstellungsvermögen, damit du den Geschirrspüler so bepacken kannst, dass viel reinpasst und trotzdem alles sauber wird. Und logisch denkend, damit du verstehst wie man richtig lüftet und warum. haha – Das ist natürlich nur alles halb Scherz und halb ernst. :-P Also komm vorbei und wir kochen zusammen energiesparend Pasta.
Apropos Energie: 100% blutfreier Ökostrom mit 10% Solaranteil aus deutschen Braunkohleregionen. Und von dem Strom läuft auch unser rattenschnelles Internet (Wifi u. Kabel) in der ganzen Wohnung.
Die WG ist das gemachte Nest zur Kurz- oder Langzeitmiete. Das Zimmer ist möbliert: Stuhl, Tisch, Schrank und großes Hochbett!
Küche und Bad haben „alles“: Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Ceranherd, Ofen, Brotschneidemaschine, Mixer (könnte ein Upgrade gebrauchen), Kühlschränke, Tiefkühlschrank...
Es ist ein Zimmer verfügbar:

If you don’t know Leipzig: It is so central, it could not be any better. Especially for that price.
Disadvantage: Central. This is not Connewitz and not Plagwitz.
