Das zu vergebende Zimmer ist ca. 16qm groß, eckig geschnitten und möbliert.
Die Fenster sind südwestlich ausgerichtet, so dass viel Tageslicht ins Zimmer kommt.

Schreibtisch + bewegbarer Beistelltisch mit Stauraum + Stuhl
Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert, also alles neu. Vom Fussboden bis zu den neuen Herdplatten und dem Ofen.
Es gibt 2 Badezimmer, beide mit Dusche und WC, so dass man morgens nicht anstehen braucht.
280€ ist die Gesamtmiete, inklusive Heizung, Wasser, Strom etc.
Über ein Ethernetkabel gibt es auch Internet, an dieses lässt sich auch ein WLAN Router installieren.
Außerdem gibt es ein Fahrstuhl im Treppenhaus.

The room has about 16 square meters, with a square cut and is furnished.
The windows are directed in a south-west position, allowing lots of daylight into the room.
Included are:
Bed + Mattress
Wardrobe
Bookshelf
Desk + movable side table + chair
The flat is freshly renovated, so everything is new. From the flooring to the new stovetops and oven.
The flat has 2 bathrooms, both with a shower and toilet.
280€ is the whole rent, including heating, water, electricity etc.
Internet is available over an Ethernet cable, but you can easily install a Wifi Router in your room.
There also is a lift in the building.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral im Stadtteil Zentrum-Südost.
Mit dem Fahrrad sind es 10 min. zur Uni/ Innenstadt und hinterm Haus befindet sich eine Bahn- und Bushaltestelle (Bahnlinien 2 und 16 und Buslinie 60) mit Anbindungen zum Augustusplatz (10 min) und Hauptbahnhof (12 min).
Direkt gegenüber ist ein Rewe mit Bäcker. Die Straße runter gibt es ein Aldi und dm (ca. 10 min zu Fuß, 3 min mit dem Fahrrad)
In 5 min. ist man im Friedenspark und in 15 min. im Lene-Voigt-Park.

The flat is very central, located in Zentrum-Südost.
It takes 10 minutes on the bike to get to the university / inner city. Behind the house are train (S-Bahn) and bus stations (Line 2, 16 and 60) which take you directly to Augustusplatz (University) and Hauptbahnhof.
Across the street is a big supermarket and down the street are further supermarkets and drugstores.
In only 5 minutes you can reach the Friedenspark and in 15 minutes you are in the Lene-Voigt-Park.
In der WG leben zwei weitere Studentinnen, Sarah und Maria.
Maria studiert Amerikanistik und Sarah will nächstes Semester von Amerikanistik zu Anglistik wechseln. Beide sind super nett und hilfsbereit.
Ab und zu trifft man sich mal in der Küche und hält einen netten Plausch. Ansonsten sind unsere Stundenpläne ziemlich durcheinander.

You will share the flat with two other female students, Sarah and Maria.
Maria studies American Studies and Sarah wants to switch from American Studies to English next semester.
Both can speak English very well and are very lovely and helpful.
If our busy schedules allow it, we occasionally meet in the spacious kitchen and chat a little about this and that.
