Hallo people who are looking for a room in a shared flat.
I am Andreas and i will move to this flat on June.
The flat is for two persons, so i am looking forward to meet the human that we will decide to live under the same ceiling.
The contract starts on the 1st of July , but you can come in even earlier , from the moment you sign the contract, anytime in June.
The 23" room, costs 365€ warm. (Kaution 400€).
There are no furnitures, no fridge, no kitchen, so it will probably take some time to buy these things.
Unless you have them allready and you want to bring them in..

The flat is on the corner of Lessingstrasse and Janalle, in the centre of everything and super close to the parks around. It's renovated but in an old building with a breathtaking view. On the 4th floor, which feels like 6th, sehr sportlich option.
some infos about me, i am 34 and i come from Athens Greece. Three years in Deutschland, i speak some German but i understand much less. So English is the preferable tool for communication.
I work as a part time cleaner in a clinic and i live as a part time Dadaist, on my ups. On my downs, i am 76 yr , drinking milk, telling stories to deafs , listening to the greek radio.
how i imagine the coexistence?
i am not looking for a new family but i am not looking for a faceless flat sharing too.
The clear and open communication will play the main role for a good life in the flat .
Open to make friends or share commons but it's not necessary or obligatory. A comfortable balance between together and alone, is probably what the most of us want.
All kind of people can feel welcome to write me.. except the angry ones. You know what i mean, the aggressive and the fanatics of all kinds.
I wait for your messages, i will try to answer to everyone. Let's see how it will work.
