I'm subletting my room for the summer!
I have 4 flatmates between 26 yo and 34 yo. They are all Austrian, even though they all speak perfect English.
We all have very different schedules, since some study, other work, and some do both. That means that sometimes, we see each other everyday and sometimes you don't see anyone in the WG for 3 days in a row :)
I will of course store my stuff somewhere else and leave only the furniture, the plants and if you want the bed sheets.
Our home serves us with a living room with couches, dining table and a projector – a balcony with a barbecue and the light shows of the local steel plant – a bathroom with everything and an additional toilet. There is as well a cellar compartment and a common room for bicycles outside the house. Our front yard is the beloved 24/7 gas station with supermarket prices. Nestled between Südbahnhof and Hessenplatz, a tram or bus stop appears within 5 minutes, regardless of which direction you choose.
The size of the room is about 20 square meters and can be entered separately like every other room.
We wouldn’t describe our flat as party place, which doesn’t mean that we never party or that there is silence all over. Due to different working schedules and life rhythms we neither create queues in front of our bathroom, nor do we all see each other every single day. But we like to have meals, coffee, beers together, spend time when it comes up and we look out for each other. And we enjoy having visitors. And we are looking forward to something new and therefore to your message!
