Ab sofort ist bei mir ein Zimmer frei.
Es handelt sich um ein Zimmer mit ca. 17m².
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Hochparterre eines sanierten Altbau, mit großen Flur, d.h. genug
Platz für Schuhe und dergleichen.
Es ist ein Bettrahmen mit 1,40m Breite da, den du ohne Ablöse benutzen könntest.
Der große Kasten wird leider im Zimmer bleiben müssen.
Die Küche ist sehr geräumig und wird so gut wie täglich zum Kochen oder gemeinsamen Essen genutzt. Ich koche sehr gerne und würde mich freuen, sich hier abzuwechseln oder gemeinsam zu kochen.
Ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer gibt es auch, das gerne gemeinsam gestaltet werden kann.
Es gibt auch ein großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne, Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner.
So wie ein seperates WC.
Starting now I am renting out a room.
The room is about 17m² big.
The apartment is on the elevated ground floor, with a spacious hallway which provides enough space for clothes and shoes.
I do have a spare bed frame measuring at 1,40m width, which you could use free of charge.
The big closet will unfortunately have to stay in the room.
The apartment also has a very nice and big kitchen which is almost daily used for cooking and eating together. I personally really enjoy cooking and it would be nice to alternate who is cooking or cook together.
There is a shared living, which is still being decorated and arranged.
The bathroom features a bathtub, washing machine and a dryer, as well as a seperated toilet.
Die Wohnung liegt an der Wiedner Haupstraße, fast an der Grenze zum 4. Bezirk.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Apotheke, Bäcker, Billa, Spar, Hofer, DM, etc..) sind alle innerhalb von 10 Gehminuten erreichbar.
Ca. 3 Minuten entfernt gibt es die Straßenbahn Station Laurenzgasse, in ca. 12 Minuten erreicht man die U4.
The apartment is located at Wiedner Haupstraße, almost at the border of the 4th district.
Grocery stores and everything for daily use is within 10 minutes of walking.
Tramway is about 3 minutes and the U4 is about 12 minutes distance.
Zu mir selbst:
Ich heiße Marco, bin 28 Jahre alt und komme aus einem kleinen Ort im Burgenland.
Wohne seit fast 7 Jahren in Wien und arbeite direkt außerhalb der Stadt.
In meiner Freizeit betreibe ich gerne Sport:
Ich spiele Basketball in einem Verein und trainiere mehrmals die Woche. Sei es Basketball selbst
oder im Fitness Studio.
Ich interessiere mich sehr für Musik, unter anderem spiele ich auch Schlagzeug und versuche
mich hin und wieder eigene Musik zu produzieren.
Vom Wesen her bin ich humorvoll, entspannt aber auch recht ordentlich und lege Wert auf eine gepflegte Wohnung.
