Wir suchen einen Nachmieter für unsere hübsche 3,5 Zimmer Wohnung. Derzeit leben wir als Paar hier und haben einen Untermieter im Dachgeschoss (Student). Die Einliegerwohnung im Dachgeschoss ist separat zugänglich. Die Wohnung selbst kann gut mit 2 bis 3 Leuten geteilt werden. (1,5/2 oder 1,5/1/1 Zimmer zzgl. der Einliegerwohnung)
Altstadtrand, 5 Min bis zum Rathaus, Bushaltestelle 2 Min., REWE UND Penny 5 Min. Ruhige Lage mit gemeinschaftlicher Gartennutzung.
Derzeit leben wir als Ehepaar in der ehemaligen WG und haben einen Untermieter in der Einliegerwohnung.
