Ich vermiete mein schönes, helles WG-Zimmer in einer Altbauwohnung zur Zwischenmiete, da ich einen Job im Ausland habe. Die ganze Wohnung, sowie auch mein Zimmer besitzt Dielenboden und hohe Decken.
Mein Bett ist 1,40 groß und es gibt eine kleine Kuschel-Sitz Ecke zum lesen..
Ich mache dir natürlich Platz im Kleiderschrank und im Regal.
Der kleine Hinterhof von unserer Vermieterin kann mitbenutzt werden.
Über die genauen Daten können wir gern sprechen - sie sind nicht in Stein gemeißelt..!

I am renting out my nice, bright apartment for temporary rent, because I have a job abroad. The whole apartment, as well as my room has wooden floors and high ceilings.
My bed is 140cmx200cm and there is a small cuddly sitting corner for reading..
Of course, I'll make room for you in the closet and on the shelf.
The small backyard of our landlady can be shared.
I'm open to talk about the exact dates - they are not carved in stone..! :)
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, am Rande der Altstadt hin zur Innenstadt. Der Edeka und Rewe sind jeweils 3-4 Minuten fußläufig, zum Bahnhof läuft man maximal 10-15 min und die Busanbindungen über den Sande sind in 7 min erreichbar. Zum spazieren gehen ist der Kalkberg in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Universität ist in 10 min mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar.

The apartment is very centrally located, on the edge of the old town to the city center. The supermarkets Edeka and Rewe are only 3-4 minutes walking distance, the train station is a maximum of 10-15 minutes walk and the bus connections via "Am Sande" are reachable in 7 minutes.
The University can be reached in 10 minutes by bicycle.
Du wohnst mit Moritz, 24, KuWi Student/Musiker, kocht gern, belesen, humorvoll, genießt Kaffee… Wir sind eine Mischung aus witzig und entspannt :)
Jeder hat sein eigenes Fach im Kühlschrank- ab und zu kochen wir zusammen.

You would live with Moritz, 24, KuWi student/musician, he likes to cook, read, humorous, enjoys coffee... We are a mixture of funny and relaxed :) Everybody has their own shelf in the fridge. Occasionally we cook together.
