Das angebotene WG-Zimmer ist 25qm groß und schön hell.
Zur Wohnung:
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön groß und besteht auf ca 105qm aus den beiden WG-Zimmern, einem Gemeinschaftsraum von ca 25qm, einer Küche sowie einem großen Flur von dem noch zusätzlich das WC und das Bad und ein Abstellraum abgehen. Zusätzlich gehört noch ein Kellerraum zur Wohnung(also viel Platz für dein Hab und Gut)
Ps: die auf dem Foto sichtbare Katze wird mit mir ausziehen, so dass kein Haustier dann mehr in der Wohnung ist.
Die Lage ist sehr schön zentral, fußläufig lässt sich eigentlich alles für das leibliche Wohl erreichen
Du würdest aktuell mit meiner aktuellen lieben Mitbewohnerin Boukje (31 Jahre jung) in der Wohnung leben. Mehr erfährst du gerne im direkten Kontakt:)
Es könnten einige Möbel nach Absprache gegen einen kleinen Abschlag übernommen werden! Z.B der Kleiderschrank im Zimmer.
