Furnished room in the Centre of Lüneburg. Comes with a cat, so I'm looking for someone who really like cats and is willing to take care of it, when I should be traveling. The flat is super central, 5 minutes to the market, 20 minutes to University. It's a room underneath the roof with sloped walls. Closed by a curtain, privacy is given due to the cut of the flat. Nice balcony. Room is not convenient for tall people. Completely furnished. Towels and sheets available. Perfect for academic commuters.
Ich biete ein möbliertes Dachzimmer Zimmer (siehe die 2 ersten Bilder, mit Schrägen) in schöner Maisonettewohnung mit großem Wohnzimmer und Terasse. Ich habe eine Katze, bitte nur anfragen, wenn du Katzen magst und auch mal füttern würdest, wenn ich unterwegs bin. Die Wohnung liegt super zentral, weniger als 10 zu Fuß zum Markt, mit dem Rad 10 min zur Uni. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Küchenausstattung können mitbenutzt werden. Ich lege Wert auf Sauberkeit und entspannten Umgang. Keine Party WG. Das Zimmer ist recht groß, hat aber Schrägen und weil Dachzimmer nur einen dicken Vorhang als Tür. Privatsphäre ist aufgrund des Schnitts akustisch und optisch voll gewährleistet. Bitte melde dich bei mir, um einen konkreten Termin zu vereinbaren. Danke :)
Gegenüber vom Theater, Bushaltestelle vor der Tür, direkt am Stadtzentrum.
Ich bin viel unterwegs, koche gern und bin sehr WG-erfahren. Ich freue mich, wenn Leben in der Wohnung ist und alle Dinge die zum Alltag gehören, wie putzen, aufräumen von allen selbstverständlich nach bedarf erledigt werden.
