Schönes Zimmer in 3er WG in Bahnhofsnähe :)

Die Wohnung liegt 5 Gehminuten entfernt vom Bahnhof. Vor der Tür ist auch eine Bushaltestelle und im kleineren Umkreis sind diverse Supermärkte, Restaurants und Imbisse, Kiosks etc. und Grünflächen/Wald oder Kreidebergsee sind auch in 10min zu erreichen. Durch die Bahnhofsnähe ist die Innenstadt natürlich auch nicht weit.

The apartment is 5 minutes away from the central train station. There is also a bus station next to the house and you can also find supermarkets, late night shops and takeaway spots close by. If you want to spent some time in nature it would be 10 minutes to a near small forest or in the other direction to the Kreideberg lake. You can reach the Stint in 7 minutes by foot and go from there to the city center.

Carl zieht nun nach einem halben Jahr gemeinsamer WG aus, um neue Wege zu beschreiten. Wir haben gern zusammen Filmeabende gemacht, haben ewig auf dem Balkon oder in der Küche geschnackt oder haben uns hauls von unseren neuesten second hand catches gegeben. Gern möchten wir einen Mitbewohni finden mit welchem es auch weiterhin keine Zweck WG ist und man auch Zeit zusammen verbringen kann. Eine gewisse Grundordentlichkeit ist bei einer WG natürlich immer gut, aber ein Geschirrspüler, viele Abstellräume und Kulanz wenn mal was stehen bleibt, hilft dabei auch.

Our former roommate Carl is leaving now after 6 months of our flatshare. We did movie nights together, had long talks on the balcony or in the kitchen and love to present our latest second hand catches to each other. We‘d like to find a roommate that are also down to spend time together and not just live next to each other. A basic cleanliness is always good for a flatshare but our dishwasher, many storage rooms and the tolerance if someone did leave something helps a lot.

Ansonsten zu meiner Person, ich bin Vanessa, 25 und mache gerade global environmental and sustainability studies im 4.. Semester. Ich bin ein sehr sozialer, gechillter und gut gelaunter Mensch und bin immer für Meme oder Film Zitate zur Stelle. Ich bin meist mit meinen Freunden unterwegs, am second hand shoppen, beim Sport, am Netflix gucken oder auf irgendwelchen Partys. Mit mir kann man immer reden und wenn es ein Problem gibt, bin ich auch immer zur Stelle. Ich freue mich auf deine Bewerbung und dich kennen zu lernen :)

Hey ich bin Tom, 22 Jahre alt und komme jetzt ins. 2 Semester, ich studiere Grundschul-Lehramt auf Deutsch & Englisch. Ich wohne hier seit November 2023. Würde mich selbst als eine offene und eher ruhige Person beschreiben, ich zocke gerne, zum Ausgleich mach ich aber auch viel Sport und versuch viel zu lesen.
In der WG hier ist mir wichtig, dass man verlässlich ist (Sauberkeit/Absprachen), dass man sich bei den Personen nicht verstellen muss und dass man Sachen, die einen stören, offen und respektvoll ansprechen kann (:
