Ich suche einen Mitbewohner(in) für meine große Wohnung, in der zurzeit allein wohne, obwohl sie eigentlich 3 Schlafzimmer hat.
Ich werde tatsächlich am Anfang März aus beruflichen Gründen nach Straßburg für die nächste 12 Monaten teil-zeitlich ziehen : ich werde von Montag bis Freitag nicht in Lyon da sein und (manchmal) vom Freitag Abend bis Montag Morgen in Lyon da sein. Das heißt : du wirst die Wohnung für dich allein fast die ganze Zeit haben. Ich behalte ein Bettzimmer für mich aber der Rest der Wohnung kannst du genießen.
Ich bin Franzose aber, wie du es selbst feststellen kannst, spreche Deutsch aber auch Englisch und Spanisch.
Dein Bettzimmer hat ein großes Bett und die ganze Wohnung ist ganz möbliert.
Die ganze Miete ist 550 € pro Monat und in der sind inbegriffen : Energie, Heizung, Wasser, Wohnkosten (inkl. die Gebäudes Wärterin), Internet, Wohnsteuer,
Es gibt einen Fahradabstellraum im Gebäude. Die U-bahn Haltestelle "Gare de vaise" liegt ungefähr 6 mn weit zum Fuß.
Vom Gebäude kann man die Autobahnring von Lyon in weniger als 5 mn erreichen.
Ich bin beruflich tätig und darum habe eine mehr oder weniger geregelt Leben. Ich rauche nicht und rauchen in der Wohnung ist nicht erlaubt (kein Balkon, keine Terrasse und nicht in deiner Zimmer erlaubt).
Als Hobbys tanze ich gern Tango, fliege Gleitschirm, wandere und spiele Theater.
Dein ideal Profil ?
Du bist berufstätig, zuverlässig, magst wandern, Schi fahren, Kulturbetrieb und brauchst kein Fernsehen (da es kein in der Wohnung gibt).
