Die Nebenkosten sind derzeit leider sehr hoch. Grund sind die extrem hohen Gaspreise, die in 2022 auf das 3,5 fache angestiegen sind. Die Nebenkosten (Betriebskosten und Gas) werden in Form einer Pauschale gezahlt. Die Pauschale wird gesenkt, sobald sich die Energiekosten reduziert haben. Mithilfe der Gasetagenheizung bestimmt jede WG ihren Verbrauch selbst. Durch Sparmaßnahmen kann der Gasverbrauch reduziert werden.
Die derzeitige Mieterin des Zimmers bietet Besichtigungen an.Eine Online-Besichtigung ist ebenfalls möglich. Kontaktaufnahme über WG-gesucht oder WhatsApps unter (ver información de contacto).
Für die Anmietung der Wohnung sind diverse Unterlagen (u.a. eine SCHUFA (solicitar ahora) -Bescheinigung vom Mieter und gegebenenfalls auch vom Bürgen) notwendig. Die Formulare mit Hinweisen auf die erforderlichen Unterlagen sende ich auf Wunsch per E-Mail zu.
