Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Herzen der Altstadt! Die nächste Bushaltestelle, Höfchen/Listmann, ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt und zählt zu den Hauptbushaltestellen in Mainz. Zahlreiche Clubs, Bars und erstklassige Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein Rewe-Markt liegt nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt und hat bis 22 Uhr geöffnet. Direkt nebenan findest du eine Apotheke und einen DM-Drogeriemarkt. Ein Kiosk befindet sich direkt vor der Wohnung und dient auch als DHL Paketshop.

Der Rhein ist auch nur einen kurzen 15-minütigen Spaziergang entfernt – ideal für schnelle Läufe oder entspannte Spaziergänge am Flussufer. Und im Dezember hast du direkt vor der Tür den Weihnachtsmarkt :)

The apartment is right in the heart of the old town! The nearest bus stop, Höfchen/Listmann, is just a 2-minute walk away and is one of the main bus stops in Mainz. Numerous clubs, bars, and some of the best restaurants in Mainz are within easy walking distance. A Rewe supermarket is just a short stroll away and is open until 10 pm. Right next door, you'll find a pharmacy and a DM drugstore. There's also a kiosk right in front of the apartment that doubles as a DHL parcel shop.

The Rhine River is also just a 15-minute walk away, perfect for quick runs or walks along the river. And in December, you'll have the Christmas market right outside your door :)

Ich bin Vineet, und wir teilen uns die Wohnung. Seit 2022 lebe ich sowohl in Mainz als auch genau hier in dieser Wohnung und fühle mich hier richtig wohl. Ich arbeite als Krebsforscher bei einer Firma hier in Mainz. Unter der Woche bin ich oft ziemlich busy, aber am Wochenende bin ich meistens unterwegs, um meine Freundin in einer anderen Stadt zu besuchen. Das bedeutet, dass du die Wohnung dann oft für dich alleine hättest – ein netter Bonus, oder?

Ich bin ein entspannter Typ und finde Sauberkeit, Respekt und gemeinsames Anpacken im Haushalt wichtig. Wenn ich mal in der Stadt bin oder an freien Abenden, können wir gerne zusammen kochen oder einen Kaffee bzw. ein Bierchen zusammen genießen.

In meiner Freizeit bin ich gerne draußen, ob beim Laufen oder Wandern. Mein Deutsch ist nicht fließend, daher wäre es toll, wenn du Englisch sprichst – dann klappt die Kommunikation bestimmt super!

I'm Vineet, your new WG-partner. Since 2022, I've been living in Mainz and specifically in this apartment, and I really enjoy it here. I work as a cancer researcher at a company here in Mainz. During the week, I'm usually pretty busy, but on weekends, I'm often away visiting my girlfriend in another city. That means you'll often have the apartment to yourself – a nice bonus, right?

It's important to me that we both keep the shared areas tidy and share in the household chores. Having my own personal space is also important to me. That said, I'm pretty laid-back and spontaneous. On the weekends when I'm around or in the evenings, I'm up for having a meal together or catching up over a coffee or beer. In my free time, I love being outdoors, whether it's running or hiking.

My German isn't perfect, so it'd be great if you speak English well – that way, communication should be no issue!

Die Gesamterwerbskosten aller Küchengeräte und des Kleiderschranks würden 200 Euro VB betragen.

Du kannst jederzeit zwischen dem 1. und 15. Juli einziehen.

The total acquisition costs of all kitchen equipment and the wardrobe would be 200 EUR VB.

You can move-in anytime between 1 to 15 july.
