Das Zimmer ist dank der großen Fenster schön hell und trotz der 15qm auch geräumig.
Es gibt ne Heizung und auch Strom, also alles was man zum überleben benötigt.
Die Möbel bleiben natürlich drin für den Monat. Viel Platz für neue große Dinge ist also nicht, jedoch gibts die Möglichkeit in unserem feuchten Keller einiges abzustellen
Besser gehts nichts. Das Bleichenviertel, in dem wir wohnen, liegt genau mittendrin: zwischen Alt- und Neustadt. Supermärkte sind direkt vor der Tür und der Bus fährt auch 2 Blocks weiter ab.
Meine zwei Mitbewohner sind witzig, sozial und können beide extrem gut kochen.
Unser Zusammenleben ist jedenfalls super entspannt - ein schönes Geben und Nehmen.
Pap meint, er möchte gerne wieder jemand weibliches hier wohnen haben:D.
Ich meine: Hauptsache du bist sympathisch und kannst dich gut um meine Pflanzen kümmern.
Ich bin relativ flexibel, was den Zeitraum der Zwischenmiete angeht - sofern es sich dabei nicht um Wochen handelt.. Am besten klären wir das aber persönlich:)
