The room is very spacious. It allows room for a bed, table, wardrobe, big shelf, lamp, and sofa; still having a lot of free space. It has a big window that provides with light for the entire day. Also, when the door is opened, a wall prevents other people from seeing the entire room, which gives you some privacy.
The room is in a lovely street in the Jungbusch neighbourhood. It is the coolest area in Mannheim, where most people get together. Thankfully, the Kirchenstraße street is not the main street of this area but a more quiet one, so you can still get all the fun but being in a more calm street.
The WG is very close to many supermarkets (5 min), gas station (1 min), public tram (2 min), laundry room(2 min), University (my faculty 9 minutes by bike) city center (8 minutes by bike) and the best pizza place in Mannheim (just around the corner, 1 min).
The location in Jungbusch allows you to get anywhere really quickly, specially by bike.
The life at the WG is very chill and relaxed. Robin is a freshman and studies Business, and Mateo works and produces music. Everyone respects each other's privacy, time and belongings. We share moments, interesting conversations and play some guitar. It is nice to go out sometimes together.
