Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 15 m2 groß. Es wird nur an Studenten vermietet. Es ist sehr hell und mit schöner Blick auf den Hafen. Man hat ein sehr schöner Sonnenuntergang. Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert und nur das Bad (2 Badezimmer) wird gemeinsam benutzt. Jedes Zimmer hat seine eigene Küche. Ich gehe zu meinem Heimatland deswegen wird es vermietet und wenn es nötig ist, ich kann ein Teil der Miete zahlen (nach Vereinbarung)
Jedes Zimmer hat sein eigenes Internet (WLAN)
Die Lage ist super, man hat alles in der Nähe und die Bushaltestelle 'Popakademie' ist direkt an die Haustür. Es gibt gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Rhein und Neckar sind sehr nah und es ist möglich schöne Spaziergänge in der Nähe.
Das WG-Leben ist ganz entspannt, ruhig und die Mitbewohner sind ganz nett, wenn du was brauchst, sind sie immer zu helfen.
