Hallo zusammen,
Da ich aus beruflichen Gründen aus Mannheim wegziehen muss, wird mein Zimmer in unserer tollen 2er WG im Lindenhof ab November frei. Das Zimmer an sich ist mit recht neuem Laminat ausgelegt und wurde von mir, wie der Rest der Wohnung, beim Einzug im April 2017 frisch gestrichen.
Da das Zimmer zum großen Innenhof des Quartiers liegt, ist es sowohl am Tag als auch Nachts unglaublich ruhig, obwohl die Wohnung sehr nah am Hauptbahnhof liegt. Weiterhin haben wir ein 12qm großes Wohnzimmer mit (Schlaf-)Sofa, das Tageslichtbad ist mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet. Auf unserem geräumigen Balkon zur Südseite/Innenhof kann die Sonne genossen und auch prima Wäsche getrocknet werden.
Zusätzlich haben wir einen Fahrradkeller im Haus, sowie ein Kellerabteil.
Die Gesamtmiete von ca. 423€ beinhaltet Kaltmiete, Nebenkosten, Strom, Wasser, Gas, GEZ & Internet 120Mbit/s sowie eine Hausratversicherung.
Da die Wohnung unmöbiliert vermietet wurde, mussten wir viel in Möbel und Renovierung investieren, sodass folgende Abstandszahlungen geleistet werden müssen:
- Esstisch 15€
- Küche 250€
- Waschmaschine 25€
- Sofa 10€
- Küchenutensilien 20€
Total 320€
Im Gegenzug muss die Wohnung bei Auszug nicht renoviert werden! Bei Interesse können weitere Möbel von mir übernommen werden :)

Hello together,
Since I have to leave Mannheim for professional reasons, my room in our great 2er WG im Lindenhof will be vacant from November. The room itself is laid out with quite new laminate and was freshly painted by me, like the rest of the apartment, when I moved in in April 2017.
As the room is situated to the big inner courtyard of the quarter, it is incredibly quiet both during the day and at night, although the apartment is very close to the main station. Furthermore, we have a 12 sqm living room with (sofa bed), the daylight bath is equipped with a bathtub. On our spacious balcony to the south side / inner courtyard you can enjoy the sun and dry your laundry.
Additionally we have a bicycle cellar in the house, as well as a cellar compartment.
The total rent of approx. 423€ includes cold rent, additional expenses, electricity, water, gas, GEZ & Internet 120Mbit/s and a household utility insurance.
Since the aparatment was rented unfurnished, we had to invest a lot in buying furniture and renovating, thus the following compensation payments must be made:
- Dining table 15€
- Kitchen 250€
- Washing machine 25€
- Sofa 10€
- kitchen utensiles 20€
Total 320€
In return, the apartment does not have to be renovated when you move out! If you are interested you can take over other furniture from me :)

Die WG liegt im Norden des Lindenhofs in der Nähe des Gontardplatzes und ist somit super zentral in Mannheim gelegen.
Die Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist hervorragend - Linie 3 ca. 1min entfernt ab Lindenhofplatz, zum HBF sind es ca. 5min (wegen Umleitung durch Baustelle, sonst kürzer).
In Fußläufe sind die Supermärkte Penny (1min), CAP (3min) und REWE (6min), sowie die Geschäfte im HBF und im Lindenhof. Zusätzlich gibt es praktisch vor der Tür eine Postfiliale, DHL Packstation und zwei Bäcker.
Zur Universität sind es mit dem Fahrrad nur wenige Minuten.
Waldpark und Rheinwiesen sind zur Erholung super geeignet und nicht weit von hier entfernt.
Generell ist die Lage einfach der Hammer und für den Preis im Lindenhof auch nicht so oft zu finden.

The WG is located in the north of the Lindenhof near the Gontardplatz and is therefore centrally located in Mannheim.
The connection to the public transport is excellent - line 3 is approx. 1min away from Lindenhofplatz, to the main station it is approx. 5min (because of diversion through building site, otherwise shorter).
In walking distance are the supermarkets Penny (1min), CAP (3min) and REWE (6min), as well as the shops in the HBF and in the Lindenhof. In addition there is a post office, DHL Packstation and two bakers practically in front of the door.
The university is only a few minutes away by bicycle.
Waldpark and Rhine lawns are ideal for recreation and not far from here.
In general, the location is simply awesome and for the price in the Lindenhof also not so often to be found.

*** wohnt seit 2016 in Mannheim und spricht Englisch, Marathi und Hindi. Obwohl sie Deutsch lernt, solltest du einigermaßen Englisch sprechen können, da das WG-Leben sonst auch keinen Spaß macht :). Als WG für Berufstätige oder Master-Studenten gehen wir davon aus, dass du auch Interesse an ungestörtem Schlaf hast. Abends kann gerne zusammen gekocht werden, es besteht aber es kann je nach Stimmung auch jeder für sich bleiben. Putzen sollte gleichermaßen von beiden erfolgen.

*** has lived in Mannheim since 2016 and speaks English, Marathi and Hindi. She is learning German, but you should still be able to speak some English, because otherwise living in a shared flat is no fun :). As a shared flat for working people or master students we assume that you are also interested in undisturbed sleep. You can cook together in the evenings, but if you need some space for yourself, there will be no hard feelings :) Everyone should participate equally in cleaning the apartment.
