Da ich ausziehe, ist mein Zimmer ab dem 01.07.23 frei. Ich werde das bett, den kleiden regal, das como, den tisch und das Sofa hinterlassen, die übernommen werden müssen. Der Ablöse umfasst die Möbel, die ich zurücklasse, die Waschmaschine und auch die Küchenmöbel (Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Gefrierschrank, Herd und Backofen). Das Gebäude hat einen Innenhof, in dem du dein Fahrrad abstellen kannst.
Die Warmmiete ist 350€
Die Lage der Wohnung ist super! Dir stehen 3 Straßenbahnhaltestelle zur Verfügung (Alte Feuerwache, Universitätsklinikum und Schafweide). Außerdem hast du eine große Einkaufsmöglichkeit da alle Supermärkte ganz in der Nähe sind; Rewe, Lidl und Edeka sind nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, aber vor dem Gebäude gibt es einen Penny. Der Neckar ist auch sehr nah, den kannst du im Sommertage genießen ;)
Dein zukünftiger Mitbewohner
ist Cecil. Er ist einen freundlichen und netten Mensch, mit den man sich beim Kochen oder sogar bei einem gemeinsamen Weinabend gut unterhalten kann. Wenn du aber deine Ruhe brauchst, ist er natürlich sehr verständnisvoll.
Cecil macht eine Ausbildung zum Erzieher in einem Kindergarten.

Since I'm moving out, my room will be available from 01/07/2023. I will leave the bed, the clothes rack, the como, the table and the sofa to be taken over. The fee includes the furniture I leave behind, the washing machine and also the kitchen furniture (fridge, dishwasher, freezer, stove and oven). The building has a courtyard where you can park your bike.
The warm rent is 350€
The location of the apartment is great! You have 3 tram stops at your disposal (Alte Feuerwache, Universitätsklinikum and Schafweide). You also have a large shopping opportunity because all supermarkets are nearby; Rewe, Lidl and Edeka are only a 10 minute walk away but there is a penny in front of the building. The Neckar is also very close, you can enjoy it in summer days ;)
Your future roommate
Cecil. He is a friendly and nice person who is easy to talk to while cooking. Cecil is training to be a kindergarten teacher.
And in the third room will be moving in a new girl from the 15/06.
