ich ziehe zum 01.09. aus meinem schönen Zimmer in der Neckarstadt-West. Es befindet sich in einer 3er-WG im 1. Stock eines Altbaus und hat dementsprechend wunderbar hohe Decken. Es ist quadratisch geschnitten und mit Laminat ausgelegt.
In der Wohnung gibt es außerdem eine gemütliche Wohnküche (inklusive Geschirrspülmaschine), ein Bad (inklusive Waschmaschine), eine separate Toilette und die beiden anderen Zimmer deiner zukünftigen Mitbewohner.

Dear future tenant,
since I will soon move out, I am searching for a new person to live in my room in the shared flat (3 persons) in Neckarstadt-West. The room is on the first floor of an old building, has nice high ceilings and a square shape.
Apart from my room, the flat contains the rooms of the two other tenants, a bathroom (with washing machine), a separate bathroom and a kitchen (with dish washer).
Die Lage der WG am Beginn der Neckarstadt-West ist super. Zum grünen Neckarufer sind es zu Fuß 3 Minuten, in der Nähe befinden sich eine Reihe an Supermärkten und die nächste Straßenbahn-Haltestelle (Linie 2) ist auch nur ca. 2 Gehminuten entfernt.
Zur Uni braucht man mit dem Fahrrad ca. 10 Minuten.

The flat is very good located, with stores, Neackar and tram station in walking distance. By bike, you would need 10 minutes to university.
Meine Mitbewohner sind Linda (30), Medizinstudentin und Hannes (28), Gitarrist. Wir verstehen uns sehr gut, sind aber inzwischen alle durch unsere Jobs recht eingespannt, sodass wir uns meistens nur abends über den Weg laufen. Linda macht inzwischen ihr praktisches Jahr, weshalb sie bis Ende Oktober durch eine Zwischenmieterin "ersetzt" wird. Hannes ist viel unterwegs und auf Tour, sodass man ihn momentan nur ab und zu antrifft. Generell ist das WG-Leben sehr harmonisch und lustig, aber aus den wilden Studentenzeiten sind wir alle ziemlich rausgewachsen ;)

Linda (30), medical student and Hannes (28), guitarist live in the flat. We enjoyed living together a lot, even though we are all quite busy with our jobs and therefore only meet each other in the evening. Linda will have another person for sublease till the end of october. Hannes plays music tours so he's absent form time to time. We are a more calm and relaxed shared flat, so having wild times will get hard ;)
Wir suchen einen längerfristigen Nachmieter (mind. zwei Jahre). Kontaktiert mich bitte nur, wenn ihr euch für den gesamten Zeitraum interessiert.
Alle Kosten, inklusive Strom und Internet, sind im Mietpreis (332€) enthalten.
Ich würde gerne das Bett und die Kommode zusammen für 80€ verkaufen.
