Da ich ins Auslandssemester gehe, suche ich eine Zwischenmieterin für mein gemütliches Zimmer in der Neckarstadt West . Ich übergebe mein Zimmer möbliert, meine persönlichen Sachen werde ich woanders lagern, damit du genug Platz für alles hast. Es ist auch möglich etwas später einzuziehen oder früher auszuziehen, das müsste man nur absprechen :)
As I am going abroad for one semester I am subletting my cosy room in the Neckarstadt West, Mannheim from August to January. My furniture will stay in the room but I will store my personal belongings somewhere else, so you will have enough room. It it also possible to move out a little earlier or move in a little later if you wanted to.
Die WG liegt sehr zentral in der Neckarstadt West an der Stadtbahnhaltestelle Neumarkt (ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß). Auch zu Fuß ist die Innenstadt in 20 Minuten und die Uni in ca. 30 Minuten zu erreichen. In der Nähe befinden sich einige Supermärkte und alles ist super schnell zu erreichen
The flat is very close to the city center. The nearest tram stop "Neumarkt" is 3 Minutes away. If you take the tram, it takes around 10-15 minutes to get into town. It takes you around 20 -30 minutes to walk into town or to the university. There are also many different supermarkets in the area.
Meine wunderbaren Mitbewohner sind Amelie (24) und Frederik (25). Beide studieren Unternehmensjura an der Uni Mannheim. Wir sind keine Zweck WG, unternehmen gerne mal etwas gemeinsam, kochen oder lassen den Abend mit einem Wein ausklingen - aber natürlich ziehen wir uns auch mal in unsere Zimmer zurück. Du wirst dich hier sicher sehr wohl fühlen :)
My wonderful flatmates are Frederik (25) and Amelie (24). Both study corporate law at Mannheim university. We like to go out, cook or drink wine together, but of course it is no problem if you'd rather stay in your room every now and again. I am sure that you will feel very welcome here :)
