Da es für mich nun an der Zeit ist Mannheim zu verlassen, sucht meine Mitbewohnerin Froher (22) ab September 2018 für unsere Wohnung in Neckarstadt-West eine Nachfolgerin für mich.

Since I am going to leave Mannheim, we are looking for a new roommate starting from 1st of September.
ZIMMER
Das Zimmer ist neu möbliert mit Schrank, Bett (1,40m), ein kleines Regal, Schreibtisch und Stuhl für die ich gerne noch einen Abschlag von 300 € hätte.
Die WG selbst besteht noch aus einem Bad, großer Küche und dem Zimmer meiner Mitbewohnerin. Die Küche besitzt eine Spül-, Waschmaschine, Trockner und einen Staubsauger, was für einen Studierenden die Luxusgegenstände schlecht hin sind! :D

The room is provided with the following furniture: a bed (1,40m), a wardrobe, a desk plus chair, and a small shelf.
Besides two rooms (yours and your roommates), the flat also has a bathroom and a big kitchen. There is also a washing machine and a dishwasher in the flat, which is a big benefit! You can get some more impressions from the pictures.
LAGE
Mit der Bahn sind es 10 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Direkt vor der Nase hast du einen Penny und die Bahnhaltestelle "Neuer Meßplatz". Außerdem hat man mit dem Finden von Parkplätzen kein Problem.
ENGLISH VERSION
It takes about 10 minutes to Mannheim city center by train. The train station " Neuer Meßplatz" is really close. It is also no problem to find supermarkets and parking spots nearby.
WG-LEBEN
Deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerin ist die Froher (22), welche an der Uni Mannheim Geschichte und MKW studiert. Sie ist ein sehr geselliger und offener Mensch und ihr werdet bestimmt prima miteinander auskommen.

Your roommate will be Froher (22) who is a student at the University of Mannheim. She studies History and as minor Media and Communication Studies.
SONSTIGES
Im Preis sind Nebenkosten von 30€ für Internet und Strom mit inbegriffen.
Zusätzlich können Kosten für die GEZ i.H.v. 17,50 € hinzukommen, wenn du kein BAföG erhältst.
Außerdem gibt es eine Kaution von 500€, die du wieder bei deinem Auszug bekommst, wenn alles heil geblieben ist.
Wenn du dich angesprochen fühlst, schreibe doch in deiner Anfrage etwas über dich, sodass wir schon mal einen kleinen Eindruck von dir haben.

The price includes additional costs for internet and electricity. Also, there is a fee for TV and radio in the amount of 17,50 € per month.
You would have to pay a deposit of 500 EUR, which you will get back at the end of your stay, if you didn't cause any damage. ;)
