Die Wohnung besteht insgesamt aus drei WG Zimmern, einem langen Flur, einem großen Bad mit Tageslicht, einem Gäste WC, einer Abstellkammer (inkl. Waschmaschine) sowie einer geräumigen Küche.
Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist ca. 20qm groß und vollmöbliert. Es beinhaltet einen großen Ikea Pax-Kleiderschrank, ein 1,4x2m Bett, einen Schreibtisch und ein Bücherregal.
Die gesamte Wohnung ist mit Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet, die individuell in jedem Zimmer reguliert werden kann. Zusätzlich hat jedes Zimmer elektrische Rollläden.
Die Küche ist modern ausgestattet inkl. Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Ofen und Spülmaschine.

The apartment consists of three bedrooms, a long corridor, a large bathroom with day light, a guest toilet, a storage room (incl. washing machine) and a spacious kitchen.
The room for rent is about 20 square meters and fully furnished. It includes a large Ikea Pax closet, a 1,4x2m bed, a desk and a bookshelf.
The whole apartment is equipped with underfloor heating, which can be regulated individually in each room. Additionally, each room has electric shutters.
The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven and dishwasher.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Neckarstadt-West nicht weit entfernt von der alten Feuerwache. An der nächstgelegen Straßenbahnhaltestelle "Carl-Benz Straße" fahren die Linien 1und 3 (unter der Woche alle 10 Minuten). Die Haltestelle ist nur 50m von der Wohnung entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (z.B. Netto, Lidl, Apotheke, viele Kioske) sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Außerdem gibt es eine Vielzahl an Restaurants und gemütlichen Cafés. Zur Universität sind es 10min mit der Bahn. Das Neckarufer ist 300m entfernt.

The apartment is located in the Neckarstadt-West not far from the "Alte Feuerwache". At the nearest tram station "Carl-Benz Straße", lines 1 and 3 (every 10 minutes during the week) run. The stop is only 50m away from the apartment. Shopping facilities (e.g. Netto, Lidl, pharmacy, many kiosks) are within walking distance. There are also a lot of restaurants and cozy cafés. To the university it is 10min by tram. The river Neckar is 300m away.
Momentan wohnen in der WG ich - Carina - (23), Alisa (22) und Corinna (24). Ich werde ab Mitte Januar im Auslandssemester sein und erst im Sommer wieder nach Mannheim zurück kommen. Alisa wird im Januar ausziehen, daher hättest du dann einen neue(n) Mitbewohner(in). Corinna studiert an der Universität Mannheim Kultur und Wirtschaft Anglistik im Bachelor.
Wir sind eine offene WG, die gerne abends in der Küche zusammensitzt oder auch mal gemeinsam kocht.

Currently, I - Carina - (23), Alisa (22) and Corinna (24) live in the apartment. I am going to do a semester abroad from mid January till end of July. Alisa will move out in January, so you would have a new roommate then. Corinna is studying English language and literature at the University of Mannheim in the bachelor's program Culture and Economics.
We are a friendly flat that likes to sit together in the kitchen in the evenings or cook together sometimes.
Wenn dir ein zeitlich etwas anderer Zeitraum besser passt, dann schreib mir gerne. Die Ein- und Auszugsdaten können wir flexibel vereinbaren.
