Hi! Ich suche eine/n Untermieter/in für mein Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim Eastsite in Mannheim-Neuostheim vom 01. Januar 2021 - 03. April 2021.
Das Zimmer ist ca 16 qm groß und voll möbliert (Bett, Sofa, Kleiderständer, Regale, Schreibtisch, Balkonmöbel). Die Küche ist auch voll ausgestattet und es gibt Waschmaschinen im Wohnheim.
Die Miete pro Monat beträgt 375€ warm; WLAN ist hier natürlich auch mit inbegriffen.
Von der Wohnung aus sind es nur ca 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur nächsten Straßenbahnstation (Harrlach), von wo aus man ganz einfach sowohl zur DHBW, als auch zur Universität Mannheim kommt. Beides ist aber auch mit dem Fahrrad sehr gut zu erreichen; direkt an der Straßenbahnstation befindet sich eine auch NextBike Station.
Das Wohnheim befindet sich in ruhiger Lage. Es gibt ausreichend kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe des Wohnheims
