Hi zusammen,
ich vermiete mein WG-Zimmer im Studierendenwohnheim B7 von Januar bis August unter. Es kann quasi ab jetzt bis Ende August 2024 eingezogen werden.. :)
Die Warmmiete beträgt 310€, es kommen keine weiteren Kosten dazu.
Außerdem ist das Zimmer voll möbliert mit Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Nachttisch und ein Waschbecken hat es auch.
Es handelt sich um ein Zimmer in einer 4er WG mit Fenster zum Innenhof. Die Wohnung beinhaltet ein Bad, ein separates WC und eine Küche. Diese werden zu viert geteilt.
Aktuell wohnt nur eine Mitbewohnerin in der WG. Die anderen beiden Zimmer wurden an Auslandstudenten vermietet, die bereits ausgezogen sind. Im Laufe des Monats werden vermutlich die nächsten Auslandsstudenten einziehen.

I am subletting my room in the student dormitory B7 for January to August. You can move in from now until the end of August 2024. :)
The warm rent is 310€, there are no additional costs.
In addition, the room is fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, bedside table and it also has a sink.
It's a room in a shared flat for 4 people with a window to the inner courtyard. The apartment includes a bathroom, a separate toilet and a kitchen. These are shared by four people.
Currently, only one roommate lives in the dormitory. The other two rooms have been rented to foreign students who have already moved out. The next foreign students will probably move in later this month.
