Ich verlasse das schoene Zimmer in den Mannheimer Quadraten.
Das Zimmer ist recht gross (19 sq. m), hell und leise. Es ist bereits moebliert: Doppelbett (1,40 m), neue Couch (ausklappbar), Lampen, weisser Schreibtisch, Buerosessel, Kleiderschrank, Komode mit 3 Schubladen, Spiegel, 2 Regale und Gardine.
Die Wohnung ist auch schoen und gemuetlich. SIe liegt im 3. Stock und hat einen Balkon zum relaxen, Abend essen oder Grillen.
Die Uebernahmegebuehr fuer die Moebel und die Kueche ist 250 Euro.
Das Zimmer ist ab dem 01. Juli verfuegbar (falls es schon ab Mitte Juni benoetigt wird finden wir auch eine Loesung). :)

Hi!
I am leaving my fantastic room located in the Quadrate.
The room is pretty big (19 sq. meters) bright and quite. It is already furnished with everything you need: complete double bed (mattress + bed frame), a new couch (that can be transformed in a double bed) ,lamps, wide desk, office chair, wardrobe, 3 drower dresser, 2 drower dresser, a mirror, 2 shelves and drapes.
The apartement is really nice. It is spacious and everything is quite new. It is located at the 3th floor and has wide balcony where you can relax, having dinner or even grill.
As existing room furniture (+ kitchen) fee I ask 250 €.
The room is free from june 14 ( however if you need it from july we can find a solution :)

Die Lage ist perfekt - im Quadrat S6 nahe Nationaltheater.
Die Strassenbahn (Linie 2,5,7) ist in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Aldi und Rewe sind quasi direkt vor der Haustuer und Penny ca 5 min Fussweg entfernt.
Um zur Uni zu kommen braucht man nur 10 Min zu Fuss und 3 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.

The location is just perfect. It's in S6, in front of the National Theatre.
Public transportation (tram 2,5,7) is reachable in just 2 minutes walking. Rewe/Aldi are basically next door and Penny it's just 5 minutes far away.
To get to the the Univeristy of Mannheim, instead, you will need 10 minuts by foot, just 3 min. with a bike.
In the Quadrate is full of restaurants/pubs/pizzeria/ bars ect... and everything is really close.

Du wirst mit Diana und Elena zusammenleben, die beide Studentinnen sind.
Du kannst Student oder Berufstaetiger sein.
Das WG-Leben besteht aus gemeinsamen Abenden, an denen gegessen, getrunken, Film geschaut, gegrillt und gelacht wird. Wir sind also keine Zweck-WG :)
