Das Zimmer hat ein 140cm Bett, Schreibtisch, Bürostuhl, Kleiderschrank, also alles was zum Studieren benötigt wird.
Waschmaschine, sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche (inkl. Geschirrspüler und Mikrowelle) sind natürlich im Mietpreis enthalten.
I offer furnished room in a 2-room shared apartment for intermediate rent in the period from 22 April 2017 to 30 September 2017. The total rent is EUR 445 per month.
The rent of EUR 445 includes all costs such as water, electricity and Internet.
My rooms contains the following equipment:
A 140cm bed, desk, office chair, wardrobe – which is everything what is needed to study.
Washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher and microwave) are naturally included in the rent.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt im Zentrum von Mannheim. 2 Gehminuten vom Mannheimer Schloss entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (unter anderem ReWe, Netto, Aldi) direkt ums Eck, aber auch alles was sonst benötigt wird, ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch ein ÖPNV Anschluss (Straßenbahn) ist innerhalb von 1 Minute zu erreichen.
Das Fitnesstudio der Uni Mannheim (19 €/ Monat) ist ebenso innerhalb von 1-2 Minuten zu erreichen.
The apartment is located right in the center of Mannheim. 2-minute walk away from Mannheim Castle. Shopping opportunities (among others ReWe, Netto, Aldi) are right around the corner, as well as everything else what might be needed, can be reached on foot. A public transport connection (tram) can be reached within 1 minute.
The Gym of the University of Mannheim (19 € / month) can be reached just within 1-2 minutes.
Die WG steht im genannten Zeitraum temporär leer, da wir an der Mannheim Business School blockweise studieren und somit nur einige Wochen im Jahr tatsächlich in Mannheim´sind.
Als Alternative zum Studentenwohnheim können sich auch gerne andere MBS Studenten melden, die die Wohnung während des gesamten Studiums für ihre Theoriephasen einmieten können.
The shared apartment is temporary empty within the mentioned period. Since we are studying at the Mannheim Business School in blocks, we are only a few weeks per year actually in Mannheim.
As an alternative to dormitory or MBS Student flats, we also offer other MBS students the opportunity to rent a room or the apartment throughout the course of their theory phases.
