Hi, ich studiere zurzeit an der Uni Mannheim und gehe im Rahmen meines Masters ab Januar für ein paar Monate ins Ausland. Daher suche ich eine/n Untermieter/in, der/die gut auf mein Zimmer aufpasst. Meine Mitbewohnerin studiert Psychologie (ebenfalls im Master) und freut sich über neue WG-Freundschaften. :)
Das Zimmer in unserer super schönen, hellen Wohnung in den Quadraten ist ca 15qm groß. Es ist vollständig möbliert mit einem Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank und Regalen. Du brauchst also nichts mitbringen! :) Das Bad, sowie der Flur und die geräumige Küche inklusive aller Küchenutensilien und einer Waschmaschine werden gemeinschaftlich genutzt.

Hi, I am currently studying at the University of Mannheim and will go abroad in January. Therefore, I am looking for a tenant to take care of my beautiful room. My room mate is studying psychology and is very happy to make new friends.
Your room is about 15 sqm and fully furnished. So, you don't have to bring anything. :) The bathroom, kitchen and washing machine are jointly used by the two of you.
Die Lage könnte besser kaum sein! Es sind ca 2 Minuten zur nächsten Haltestelle, 5 Minuten zum unteren Luisenpark, 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Wasserturm bzw. den Planken und auch nur 5 Minuten vom Marktplatz entfernt. Auch den Bahnhof oder die Universität erreichst du ganz einfach mit dem Fahrrad in wenigen Minuten oder genauso gut mit der Straßenbahn.

The location couldn't be better! It's about a 2 minutes walk to the next tram station and a 5 minutes walk to the Mannheim Wasserturm and the city center. The main station and the university can be also reached by bike or tram in a few minutes.
Unsere Küche kann man super nutzen, um gemeinsamen zu kochen oder den Abend mit einem Glas Wein ausklingen zu lassen. Natürlich kann man auch Freunde einladen oder mal ein Running-Dinner hosten. Dabei legen wir aber viel Wert auf Sauberkeit und Rücksichtnahme auf die anderen. :)
