I guess you won’t find such a cost-effective room in the city center of Mannheim! Catch the chance!
- Available from April 1st 2021. Rent at least for 3 months and sign the contract directly with the landlord.
- Type of room: The room faces south and has a lot of sunshine. Enjoyable for a cup of coffee by the window. >_<
- Furniture: bed, sofa, desk, lamp, chair, clothes rack, bed sheet, pillows, quilt. A good-quality coffee machine also left for you! Shared with roommates: kitchen appliances, including kettle, rice cooker, oven etc; Washing machine and vacuum cleaner. All these just cost 50 Euro! very cost-effective!

3 Chinese girls, both students of Uni Mannheim, are currently living in this WG. They are quiet, polite, and living a healthy life, usually very busy with study work during the working days.
We are a quiet flatshare. Friendly cooperation is ensured, but there is no obligation to be actively involved in living in a shared apartment. Parties allow on the weekend, but not too noisy.
We arrange the cleaning schedule weekly to keep a clean apartment, hope you enjoy life in Mannheim with them!
