ich vermiete mein schönes, komplett eingerichtetes Zimmer in den Quadraten in Mannheim unter, da ich für eine Weile ins Ausland gehe - die Daten sind etwas flexibel und könnten noch ein wenig angepasst werden.
Das Zimmer ist mit Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Spiegeln und Pflanzen ausgestattet, direkt daneben befindet sich das Bad mit Waschmaschine und auch die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, inklusive Spülmaschine.
Der Preis ist inklusive allem: Strom, Wasser, Internet; Gema und was sonst noch so anfällt - Handtücher und Bettbezüge sind ebenfalls vorhanden!

I´m renting out my beautiful and fully furnished room in Mannheim Quadrate, because I´m going abroad for a while. The dates are flexible and could be slightly adjusted.
Inside the room there is a bed, wardrobe, desk, mirrors and plants, having the bathroom with washing maschine right next to it. Likewise the kitchen is fully equipped, including a dish washer.
The price is all-inclusive: electricity, water, internet, Gema and anything else - towels and bed sheets are also there!
Eine bessere Lage in Mannheim gibt es wohl kaum, da das Zimmer Mitten in den Quadraten (Stadtzentrum) liegt, sind Marktplatz, Einkaufsstrasse und Strassenbahn gerade einmal 2 Minuten entfernt und auch Supermärkte, Kiosks und diverse Restaurants sind direkt um die Ecke. Läuft man in die andere Richtung gelangt man direkt ans grüne Ufer des Neckars, das perfekt zum Picknicken, Joggen gehen oder abends mit Freund*innen treffen geeignet ist.
Zum Jungbusch (Party-Viertel), in die Neckarstadt und zur Uni sind es circa 10 Minuten zu Fuß und mit dem Fahrrad gelangt ihr sowieso schnell überall hin. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten gibt´s 3 Minuten entfernt.
There might be no better location in Mannheim, since the room is located in the "Quadrate" (city center) Marktplatz, Shopping Mile and public transport are just 2 Minutes away and right around the corner supermarkets, Kiosks and a big variety of restaurants can be found. To the opposite site, there is the "Neckar", a nice river that invites for a walk, a hang out with friends or going for a run next to it.
Jungbusch (party area), Neckarstadt and University are a 10 minute walk distance and by bike everything is easily reachable. Free parking lots are about 3 minutes away.
Das Beste an der WG ist dennoch nicht die Lage, sondern die Leute, die hier wohnen ;) Es ist immer lebendig und wenn man mal jemanden zu quatschen oder rausgehen braucht, findet sich schnell jemand. Trotzdem wird natürlich auch die Privatsphäre respektiert und wenn du Zeit für dich selbst brauchst ist das auch absolut kein Problem.
Deine Mitbewohner sind Lucía (22) aus Spanien, Ryan (23) aus California, die beiden studieren Medizintechnik, Hendrik (22), der gerade sein Sabbatical macht und Luka (23) aus Slowenien, der in Heridelberg Anthropologie im Master macht :)
The best part about the room however is not the ubication, but the people living here ;) There´s always some life and whenever you need someone to talk to or go out for a bit, it won´t take you long to find them. Nevertheless privacy is always respected and if you need time for yourself, there is absolutely no problem with that.
Your roomies are Lucía from Spain and Ryan from California who are both doing thei Master in Medical Science. Other than that, there is Hendrik who's doing a Sabbatical and Luka from Slowenia studying Anthropology in Heidelberg :)
