The apartment has 3 rooms (living room + 2 rooms). Living room is a common room.
The free room is 15 square meters. It is partially furnished. I think it is even a nice opportunity for you to design the room according to your needs.
The kitchen is fully equipped and even comes with a hifi receiver that support wifi connections like Spotify and Airplay.
Besides there are two balconies, one attached to the living room, the other to the kitchen. Especially the one on the kitchen side is quiet and peaceful.
The restroom come with a bathtub, shower and brand new toilet. All is working fine.
The location is perfect. Rheinhaeuserstr is very well connected to the city centre as well as to Luisenpark and the highway. All of them are reachable in five to ten minutes. Still the street isn't busy, so you can find peace from the noise of the city if needed.
For your daily needs you will find Edeka, Lidl and DM in walking distance.
Also, main bus station and hauptbahnhof is 5-10 mins by foot.
There are no special requirements for you. Keep in mind, this is a quiet neighbourhood. Neighbours are mostly family people, so home rules are well respected. It is also good for students to have a peace for studying.
