Das Zimmer möchte ich vorzugsweise komplett möbliert übergeben. Die Möbel sind noch in einem einwandfreien Zustand und die Raumaufteilung ist so recht optimal. Hierfür würde ich auch gerne eine Ablösevereinbarung treffen. Alle anderen Möbel (Küche, Flur, Wohnzimmer, Bad bleiben drin.)
Es gibt aber auch ein möbliertes Wohnzimmer, das perfekt geeignet ist falls Besuch ansteht oder um gemütlich einen Film zu schauen oder Playstation zu zocken. Auch der Flur und die Küche sind bereits komplett möbliert.
Es sind außerdem noch zwei Balkone vorhanden, was gerade im Sommer super angenehm ist. Vom einen Balkon aus kann man sogar auf den Wasserturm blicken. Und lass dich vom vierten Stock nicht abschrecken: ein Aufzug ist vorhanden :).

I would like to hand over the room preferably completely furnished. The furniture is still in perfect condition and the room layout is so quite optimal. For this I would also like to make a transfer agreement. All other furniture (kitchen, hallway, living room, bathroom stay in).
There is also a furnished living room, which is perfect if you have visitors or to watch a movie or to play Playstation. Also the hallway and the kitchen are already fully furnished.
There are also two balconies, which is super pleasant especially in summer. From one balcony you can even look at the water tower. And don't let the fourth floor scare you: an elevator is available :).
Die Lage könnte besser kaum sein. Edeka, Lidl, DM und auch der eine oder andere Späti sind in 5 min Fußweg erreicht. Es gibt zwei Bahnhaltestellen in einer Entfernung von 3-5 min. Eine davon ist die 1, die ja bekanntlich sogar die ganze Nacht fährt. Man ist zu Fuß in 10 min am HBF und in 10 min in der Stadt. Trotzdem ist man in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend mit wirklich angenehmen Nachbarn. Gerade gegenüber ist auch ein kleiner Park in dem auch gerne mal eine Runde Tischtennis spielen kann, wobei auch der untere Luisenpark ebenfalls maximal 15 min zu Fuß entfernt ist.

Dein Mitbewohner wäre Ulf, der Software-Entwickler bei einem großen Konzern in Mannheim ist und ein wirklich entspannter Typ, der nebenbei auch super kochen kann. Mit ihm kann man sehr gut abends noch gemütlich sitzen und erzählen oder ne Runde FIFA zocken, es ist jedoch aber auch kein Problem wenn man mal für sich sein möchte.
