Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Obergeschoss, es gibt 4 Zimmer, 2 Badezimmer und eine große Wohnküche mit sehr großen Esstisch. Hier gibt es alles was man braucht - Küchenequipment, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Staubsauger, etc. Das Zimmer ist schön geschnitten, und sehr hell mit großen Fenstern.
Mögliches Einzugsdatum ist der 18. Mai. Die Miete beginnt am Juni.
The apartment is on the second floor, it has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious kitchen with a large dining table and chairs. The apartment has everything you need - kitchenware, washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum etc. The room is very nicely cut and very bright with big windows.
Possible move-in date is 18th of May. The rent starts on June.
Die Wohnung ist in der Schwetzingervorstadt, einem der schönsten Stadtteile von Mannheim und ist sowohl an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel als auch zu Fuß sehr gut angebunden. Hier gibt es sehr viele kleine Kaffees, Bars und Restaurants sowie 2 Supermärkte in direkter Nähe. Der Hauptbahnhof, Universität, Musikhochschule und die Stadtmitte sind alle in Laufnähe.
The apartment is in Schwetzingervorstadt, one of the most beautiful parts of the city. It is extremely well connected with the tram and/or is within walking distance to the city center. Also, cute cafes line the street, there are two supermarkets close-by as well as lower Luisenpark.
The Hauptbahnhof, the university, citycenter and Musikhochschule are all in walking distance.
Die Atmosphäre hier ist sehr freundlich und entspannt. Wir sind aktuell im Umbau dieser WG. Dazu haben wir bereits drei neue Mitbewohner gefunden, Markus (30 Jahre alt, Hobbys: Freunde, Kartenspiele und Rennrad fahren) Sarah ist im Mai eingezogen ist (26 Jahre alt, Hobbys: Freunde, Laufen gehen) und Amie die im Mai einziehen wird (23 Jahre alt, Hobbys: wandern, puzzeln, Frankreich). Ihr habt also viel Platz für einen gemeinsamen Start und neue Ideen!
The atmosphere here is very friendly and relaxed. We are currently renovating this flat share. We have already found three new flatmates, Markus (30 years old, hobbies: friends, card games and racing bikes) Sarah moved in in May (26 years old, hobbies: friends, running) and Amie who will move in in May (23 years old, hobbies: hiking, puzzles, France). So you have a lot of space for fresh ideas and start together.
