Es handelt sich um ein Studentenwohnheim, deshalb können nur Student*innen einziehen. Das Zimmer selbst ist in einer 3er-WG. Man kann es abschließen und es hat ein eigenes Waschbecken. Die braunen Holzmöbel gehören zum Studentenwohnheim und werden drin bleiben. Außer das Bett, das werde ich beim Auszug mitnehmen und das 1 m Bett vom Studentenwohnheim wieder aufbauen.
Man teilt sich eine Küche, die aber richtig groß und super zum kochen ist. Dusche und WC sind getrennt, was sehr praktisch ist.
Die Lage ist super! Man hat direkt Anbindungen durch die Linien 3,1 und 63 vor der Tür. Die Hochschule ist 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Zur Innenstadt braucht man 10 min. Man wohnt im sicheren und ruhigen Familienviertel Mannheims.
Das Zimmer ist in einer 3-WG. Deine Mitbewohner*innen sind nett und auch Studenten. Es gibt einen Plan, wer was kauft (Klopapier usw.) und eine WhatsApp Gruppe, in der alles angesprochen werden kann.
