Da ich beruflich von Mönchengladbach weg sein werde, möchte ich mein komplett möbliertes, helles und gemütliches Zimmer für 3 Monate vermieten.Es ist ein 12 qm großes Zimmer mit einem großen Fenster zum Hinterhof. Es ist also ein sehr ruhiger Raum mit genügend Sonnenlicht am Tag, der perfekt zum Lernen ist. Natürlich können Sie Ihr Zimmer bei Bedarf auch mit den Jalousien verdunkeln. Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer, eine relativ kleine Küche, Flur und ein Badezimmer.

Since I will be away from Mönchengladbach for work purpose, I want to rent my fully furnished, bright and cozy room for 3 months. City registration is possible. It's a 12 qm room with a big window facing the backyard. So, it's a very quiet room with enough sunlight on the day that is perfect for study. Of course you could also darken your room with the window blinds if needed. The apartment has two rooms, a relatively small kitchen, hallway and a bathroom.
Lage
Die WG ist in Eicken. Ich habe in diesem Stadtteil sehr gern gewohnt, da er sehr grün und ruhig, und dennoch zentral ist. Direkt hinter dem Haus hat man einen kleinen Park. Der Bunter Garten und der Bahnhof sind fußläufig zu erreichen, genau so wie die Eickener Fußgängerzone. Supermärkte: Edeka, Netto, Lidl (ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß) real (etwas länger), so wie die Innenstadt sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
Es gibt auch 3 Bushaltestellen innerhalb von nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die erste befindet sich in der Voltastaße, die nächste mit einer Verbindung zum Bus SB1, der in 15 Minuten direkt zur Hochschule Niederrhein fährt. Der zweite ist Am Bour und der dritte ist in der Bozener Straße.
English: Location
The flat share is in Eicken. I loved living in this part of the city because it is very green and quiet, yet central. There is a small park right behind the house. The colorful garden and the train station are within walking distance, as is the Eicken pedestrian zone. Supermarkets: Edeka, Netto, Lidl (approx. 10 minutes on foot) real (a little longer), as well as the city center are within walking distance.
Also there are 3 bus stops within just 2 minutes walking distance. First one is at Voltastaße, the nearest one with a connection of Bus SB1 that goes directly to the Hochschule Niederrhein in 15 minutes. The second one is Am Bour and the third one is at Bozener Straße.
WG-Leben
Meine Mitbewohnerin Li bleibt im anderen Zimmer. Derzeit studieren wir beide den Master an der Hochschule Niederrhein. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung bisher sehr genossen. Wir sind keine Party-WG, eher ruhig. Li zieht jedoch in das Studentenwohnheim in der Nähe der Universität, damit ihr Zimmer ab März auch vermietet wird.
English: Flat share life
My roommate Li stays in the other room. We both are currently studying master's degree at the Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences. We have enjoyed staying in this apartment so far. We are not a party flat share, rather quiet. However, Li is moving in the student dorm near the university so her room would be rented out too from March.
Sonstiges
Zu der Wohnung gehören eine voll ausgestattete Küche (Herd mit Ofen, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank), eine Waschmaschine (im Waschkeller) und ein Kelleranteil (wird aktuell zum Abstellen der Fahrräder genutzt).
Mein Zimmer, das ich mieten möchte, hat ein Einzelbett und ein Schlafsofa, das in ein Doppelbett umgewandelt werden kann, einen Kleiderschrank, einen Kleiderständer, einen tisch und einen Stuhl.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (stove with oven, fridge, freezer), a washing machine (in the laundry room) and a cellar part (currently used to park bicycles).
My room, which I want to rent has a single bed and a bed sofa that can be turned into a double bed, a cupboard, a clothstand, a study table and a chair.
