Hi Mädels, ich bin Anna, 22 Jahre alt und suche eine lustige, offene Mitbewoherin für 80m² in Rheydt. Die Lage ist super, 5 Minuten zur FH und in die Innenstadt.
Ich habe die Wohnung noch nicht bezogen, daher wäre das Zimmer ab 1.11 (möglicherweise auch 1.10) frei.
Die Wohnung ist echt total schön, zwei große Schlafzimmer für Dich und mich, eine große Küche und ein Bad mit Fenster. Es kommt auch noch neuer Laminatboden rein. ich kann Strom+Nebenkosten noch nicht ganz genau abschätzen, es sind aber maximal für jeden 300 Euro tutti completti. Die Kaution wären ca. 400 Euro für jeden.
Streichen würde ich vorher auch noch ;-) und dann ist alles tip top.
Also falls Du Lust hast, und nicht an einer reinen Zweck-WG interessiert bist, dann melde Dich doch bei mir! Ich freu mich auf Dich! LG Anna
