This is a super modern and completely renovated shared apartment that will be newly established on February 1, 2024, just 900 meters away from Münchberg University and 350 meters from the S-Bahn station (direct connection to Hof).
The house is divided into two separate shared apartments as follows:
Shared Apartment (5-person mixed-gender shared apartment) spans two levels (basement & ground floor) and includes 5 fully furnished rooms (2 double rooms for double occupancy or single occupancy).
Shared Apartment (only women 5-person shared apartment) spans two levels (1st floor & 2nd floor) and includes 5 fully furnished rooms.
The communal kitchens are located on the ground floor for the 1st shared apartment and on the 1st floor for the 2nd shared apartment, providing ample space for all roommates to socialize.
There is a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet on both the ground floor and 1st floor (separate toilet on the 1st floor). The 2nd floor has an additional toilet. Another bathroom will be installed in the basement in the 1st half of 2024.
