Hallo Leute,

wir vermieten unser 2. Hausstockwerk wieder möbliert unter. (Befristet, Verlängerung aber möglich)
Insgesamt hat unser Haus 200qm, dein Stockwerk hat fast 50qm.

Es ist neu in Holzbauweise gebaut, ein Architektenhaus - Energiesparend und nachhaltig - sehr hell & modern - Parkettboden - Fußbodenheizung - Terrasse & Garten - Grill und Feuerstelle - komplett eingerichtet, es ist alles da... wir lieben unsere Homebase, sind ziemlich ordentlich/sauber und freuen uns auch, wenn das so bleiben würde.

2. STOCK FÜR DICH ALLEIN, 50qm:
Du hast einen 34qm großen Raum unterm Dach, mit offenem Giebel - eine Art kleine Galerie/Vorraum noch dazu, z.B. als Ankleide - ein eigenes großes Bad mit Dusche & Badewanne - und das für dich allein. Das Stockwerk ist möbliert mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Sofa, Kleiderstange, Kommode, etc. - den Basics, was man so braucht, auf den Bildern fehlen noch ein paar Möbel, die aber noch kommen.

ERDGESCHOSS - GEMEINSCHAFTSFLÄCHE MIT UNS:
Das EG besteht aus einem großen und offenem Ess-Wohnbereich, einer modernen Küche mit Speisekammer und Esstisch, einem Garten mit schöner Holzterrasse und einem Gäste-WC. Küche, Garten und Gäste-WC nutzen wir gemeinsam. Das offene Wohnzimmer nach Absprache. Aber dein Reich im 2. Stock ist groß genug für einen Schlaf- und Wohnbereich nur für dich.

ZU UNS:
Wir - Gerrit (33, aus Hamburg, arbeitet hier und da, Gamer, Kryptofan, wenn‘s geht in der Natur und am reisen) & Conny (42, selbständige Designerin, immer remote & viel am reisen, inkl. Bulli). Wir sind ziemlich ordentlich, sauber und minimalistisch in der Einrichtung, sowie auch in unserer Denkweise. Wir sind ein Paar, aber hey, keine Sorge, sehr entspannt! :-)

Außerdem gibts es noch unsere coolen Nachbarn in den umliegenden 3 Häusern, mit denen wir allen befreundet sind, Feste feiern, zu viel Bier trinken, Konzerte geben, zusammen arbeiten, Feuertonnen anschmeissen, grillen, Espresso trinken, .... oder nur kurz auf der Gemeinschaftsfläche, die es nämlich auch noch gibt, ne Kippe rauchen.

ZU DIR:
Schön wäre, wenn du ungefähr in unserem Alter bist, einen Job hast und nicht nur im Homeoffice bist, sondern auch unterwegs, da wir beide so gut wie immer hier im Homeoffice sind und es sonst zu viel wird. Du auch eher ruhig und ordentlich bist, zumindest in unseren Gemeinschaftsräumen. Design, Architektur... schätzt, offen, entspannt und selbständig bist.

Wir sind im ruhigen und alten Teil von Germering, umgeben von 2 alten Höfen in einer Sackgasse, 5min. mit Fahrrad von der S-Bahn entfernt (S8, fährt alle 10min. - 20 min. bis Hauptbahnhof)

Wir bieten euch eine tolle Fläche für euch allein im 2. Stock, es ist alles möbliert und daher perfekt, solltet ihr befristet noch was suchen. Untermiete erstmal 4 Monate, wenn's passt, dann gern länger oder unbefristet. Vermieten nur an eine Person, ohne Haustiere.

Hi folks,

we are subletting our 2nd house floor furnished.
In total our house has 200sqm, your floor has almost 50sqm.

It is newly built in wood construction, an architect house - energy saving and sustainable - very bright & modern - parquet floor - underfloor heating - terrace & garden - barbecue and fireplace - fully furnished, it's all there... we love our homebase, are pretty neat/clean and would also be happy if it would stay like this.

2nd FLOOR FOR YOU ALONE, 50sqm:
You have a 34sqm room under the roof, with an open gable - a kind of small gallery/anteroom on top of that, e.g. as a dressing room - your own big bathroom with shower & bathtub - and all for you alone. The floor is furnished with bed, desk, sofa, clothes rail, dresser, etc. - the basics of what you need, there is still some furniture missing in the pictures but it will come.

FIRST FLOOR - SHARED SPACE WITH US:
The ground floor consists of a large and open dining-living area, a modern kitchen with pantry and dining table, a garden with a beautiful wooden terrace and a guest toilet. We share the kitchen, garden and guest toilet. The open living room by arrangement. But your room on the 2nd floor is big enough for a sleeping and living area just for you.

TO US:
We - Gerrit (33, from Hamburg, works here and there, gamer, cryptofan, when possible in nature and traveling) & Conny (42, self-employed designer, always remote & traveling a lot, incl. Bulli). We're pretty neat, clean and minimalist in decor, as well as in our mindset. We are a couple, but hey, no worries, very laid back! :-)

TO YOU:
It would be nice if you are around our age, have a job and are not only in the home office, but also on the road, as we are both pretty much always here in the home office and it gets too much otherwise. You are also rather quiet and tidy, at least in our common rooms. Design, architecture... appreciate, are open, relaxed and independent.

We are located in the quiet and old part of 82110 Germering, surrounded by 2 old courtyards in a dead end street, 5min. by bike from the S-Bahn (S8, leaves every 10min. - 20 min. to main station).

We offer you a great space for you alone on the 2nd floor, it's all furnished and therefore perfect if you are looking for something temporary. Contract first for 4 months, if it fits well with us, you could also stay longer. Renting only to one person, without pets.
