We‘ve got one furnished rooms opening up from 1st February 2023! Rent is all-inclusive (incl. power, water, rundfunkgebühren, internet).
We consider ourselves a sport flatshare; The room exclusively comes bundled with an exciting CrossFit Club! You can join a variety of workouts and use things like the Sauna with an app. Check out our website:

Also, because the question comes up regularly: You can register this room as a “Wohnsitz”, no problem!
The location is great for every day living:
- 1min to the Bus Station Georg-Reismüller-Str. (160, 164, X36)
- 2min to many supermarkets (incl. Lidl, dm, REWE, Aldi)
- 8min to the S-Bahn station Allach (~20min to city center)
- 9min to a mall with restaurants, cafés and more super markets
Oh, and your gym is at home ;)
Your potential roommates are quite international and each have their own story. Most of them arestudents. We tend to speak in English and all of
us are are into different sports. Trail running, Cycling, MMA and of course CrossFit!
During the week you may encounter your roommates in the kitchen, but quite relaxed. We like to do stuff on weekends; Thinks like going to the lake or watching a show on the huge TV in the living room.
It would be great if you enjoy international company an also enjoy some kind of sport (any)!
BTW we have a cleaning System to share cleaning responsibilities. The shared areas should never be uncomfortably messy :D
The contract runs over 12 months, so you should plan to stay at least a year.
