Due to a family emergency I need to fly home to South Africa on Sunday the 19 May 2024, I will be in my home country till end of June and therefore looking to rent out my room to someone that is looking for interim accommodation. The possibility of renting out the room has two options: either from the 19/20 May or starting from the 1 June till 30th of June 2024. The apartment is centrally located (Isartor) with about 8min walking distance from Marienplatz, public transportation (S-bahn and Tram) practically right at your doorstep along with the grocery stores and restaurants. The room is perfect for short-term rental whilst looking for long-term accommodation. The apartment is fully furnished and has all amenities: internet, washing machine, dishwasher. The ideal candidate is a female between the ages of 27-38, but I am willing to consider all offers. My flatmate is a lovely girl from India, aged 31 and she mostly works Home Office.
