Traumhaftes Zimmer in 130 qm Wohnung im Zentrum Untermiete

Hallo,

Felix und ich gehen für 7 Wochen reisen. Falls ihr als Einzelperson oder Pärchen eine tolle Zwischenmiete sucht meldet euch sehr gern :)

Während des Zeitraums werdet ihr den Großteil der Zeit die Wohnung alleine nutzen, unser Mitbewohner Sebi wird während des Zeitraums nicht so viel da sein. Sebi ist ein grandioser Mitbewohner, der auch noch toll vegetarisch kochen kann und sich durch seine schlechten Wortwitze auszeichnet. Daher fast schade, dass ihr in grösstenteils verpasst :)

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Top Lage, circa 50 m von der Kaufinger Straße und in 5 Minuten erreichst du jede S-Bahn und U-Bahn Station Sendlinger Tor und Stacchus und Marienplatz.

Wir haben alle 2 Woche unsere Putzhilfe Paulina da. Falls du/ihr das auch inanspruch nehmen möchtet, ist das gar kein Problem. Das waere in dem Zeitraum 2x fuer 100 Euro on top (50 Euro pro Besuch) - optional.

Das Schlafzimmer ist circa 22 qm. Ausserdem gibts noch ein Wohnzimmer mit 25 qm und ein Esszimmer mit 15 qm. Die Wohnung insgesamt hat circa 130 qm. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, Trockner und Spülmaschine.

Die Miete ist 1300 Euro/ Monat also 2.275 Euro für den gesamten Zeitraum. Wir kommen am 8. Mai zurück, also genaues Auszugsdatum können wir besprechen.

we - Felix and myself - are going travelling for 7 weeks and are subletting our room in the best flatshare :) Additional perk: Our flat mate Sebi who will stay in the flat and is a great veggie cook and known for his jokes.
However, you will have the flat mostly to yourself as Sebi is away as well for a few weeks.

You could not live more central. The flat is located right in the old city between Stacchus and Sendlinger Tor, 3 min walk from Kaufingerstraße and 5 min walk to Viktualienmarkt.

Every two weeks our lovely cleaning lady comes and cleans the common rooms (bathroom, kitchen, living room etc). If you want her to come during your time she would come twice during the time and it would cost additional 100 Euros (50 Euros per visit).

The flat is 130 sqm. Your bedroom has 22 sqm. On top there is a huge kitchen and a dining room with 15 sqm and a living room with 25 sqm. There is a washing machine, dryer, dish washer.
