The furnished room has a large north-facing window and is almost square in shape. Thanks to the high old building ceilings, it looks even more spacious than it is. Although the window looks out onto the street, you can't hear much of it in the room itself. The street is a quiet side street to the Bordeaux Platz
The room also has a fireplace - wood is already in the cellar.
Your new home is in a 2-room flat. In addition to a daylight bathroom with shower tray/ bath tube and washing machine, there is a well-equipped eat-in kitchen with the luxury of a dishwasher and a directly adjoining balcony. A cleaning lady comes every 2 weeks to clean the communal living areas. The costs for this are already included in the basic rent.

Das möblierte Zimmer hat ein großzügiges Fenster nach Norden und ist fast quadratisch geschnitten. Dank der hohen Altbaudecken wirkt es noch geräumiger als es ist. Obwohl das Fenster zur Straße rausgeht, ist davon im Zimmer selbst wenig zu hören.
Dazu verfügt das Zimmer über einen Kamin - Holz liegt bereits im Keller.
Dein neues Zuhause befindet sich in einer 2-Zimmer Wohnung. Neben einem Taglicht-Badezimmer mit Duschwanne und Waschmaschine, gibt es eine gut ausgestattete Wohnküche mit dem Luxus einer Spülmaschine und einem direkt anschließenden Balkon. Für die gemeinsamen Wohnbereiche kommt alle 2 Wochen eine Putzfee. Die Kosten hierfür sind in der Kaltmiete bereits enthalten.
In the heart of Haidhausen in a quiet street, surrounded by lots of small shops, pubs and restaurants - everything you could wish for. Aldi, Edeka, DM and several organic markets, as well as greengrocer's stalls are within 5 minutes walking distance.
For sports enthusiasts and nature lovers, the Isar and meadows are close by.
Underground, S-Bahn, bus and tram in all directions can be reached in 3-5 minutes.
