Die gesamte Wohnung ist frisch saniert und renoviert mit komplett neuer Küche und Bad. Da das Haus zur Jahrhundertwende gebaut wurde, hat die Wohnung 3,5m hohe Decken und einen sehr schönen Altbau Flair.

My roommate is moving out and therefore his newly renovated 15sqm room with wooden floor in a great and central location is up for rent.
The entire apartment is newly renovated with a new kitchen and a new bathroom. The house was built around 1900 giving it very high ceilings (3,5m - 11 feet), old wall paintings in some areas of the apartment and an open and spacious flair.
The kitchen and the bathroom are fully equipped. You will find everything you need to have a comfortable living experience (including a washing machine and a dishwasher).
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am schönen Kolumbusplatz. Die U-bahn Linien U1 und U2 sind nur wenige Meter (30m - 1 Gehminute) von der Haustüre entfernt. Die Innenstadt (Sendlingertor, Marienplatz) erreicht man in ca. 5 min und die beiden Münchner Universitäten (TU und LMU) sind in gerade mal 10min entfernt! Auch mit dem Fahrrad kommt man einfach und schnell in die Stadt und die Uni.
Die Geschäfte des alltäglichen Lebens (Aldi, Rossmann, Bäcker, Friseur) sind alle zu Fuß in nur paar Minuten zu erreichen.
In knapp 5 Gehminuten kommt man außerdem an den wohl schönsten Platz in München - die Isar. Besonders im Sommer ist hier immer was los und mit ein paar Bier und einem Grill lässt es sich wunderbar entspannen. Das Glockenbachviertel mit seinen vielen Restaurants und Bars ist eine U-bahnstation entfernt und zu Fuß sowie mit dem Fahrrad sehr gut zu erreichen.

The apartment is located right on the Kolumbusplatz. You reach the metro station in 1 min and the city center (Sendlinger Tor) is only 2 stops or 5min away. Also the two big universities in Munich (LMU and TU) are just a couple metro stops or around 10min away. The city center as well as the universities are easily reachable per bike as well.
In only 5 min by foot you reach on of the most beautiful places in Munich - the river Isar. The big surrounding park is ideal to relax, enjoy the sun and a cool beer or barbecue with friends. It's also an amazing place for a walk or a run - in only 10-15min you can reach the forest that surrounds the Isar and really immerse yourself in nature.
The famous "Glockenbachviertel" neighborhood with his many bars and restaurants is only one metro stop or a 10 min walk away.
Wir sind zu zweit in der Wohnung (25 und 27). Wir haben ein sehr angenehmes und unkompliziert WG Leben, in dem wir auch gerne zusammen was unternehmen können, aber auch jeder seine Ruhe haben kann, wenn er will. Wir machen viel Sport, gehen gerne aus, trinken gerne Wein und genießen unser Studentenleben.

There are two of us in the apartment at this moment (25 and 27) and you would be the third :) We have a very pleasant and uncomplicated WG-life. We like to hang out together but we also like to leave room for the other to be by himself if he wishes to do so.
Apart from my studies of psychology at the LMU, I am an entrepreneur at heart. My passion in the last years was dedicated to a social business called OneDollarGlasses (www.onedollarglasses.org), and working on different other ventures and projects. When I am not working I like to travel, read all sorts of nerdy books, do a lot of running and strength conditioning, hang out with friends, cook my favorite food and drink Spanish red wine (some of these things I mostly do at the same ;)).
Wenn ihr in München seid, könnt ihr sehr gerne vorbei kommen und euch das Zimmer anschauen. Solltet ihr von Ausserhalb kommen, kann ich euch auch gerne Bilder zuschicken oder euch eine kleine Skype Tour geben ;)
