Ab dem 1. Oktober suchen mein Mitbewohner und ich einen dritten Mitbewohner. Dies ist ein kleines, teilweise möbiliert (fast alles dass im foto ist, ohne Schreibtisch) Zimmer in einem Apartment, 3 Minuten von der S-Bahnstation Rosenheimer Platz entfernt.
Die Wohnung besteht aus Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer (WC), ein Badezimmer mit Waschbecken und Badewanne, eine Küche und alle Geräte, die Sie benötigen (Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Internet, Kühlschrank, Backofen).
Leider gibt es keinen Balkon, aber die Küche ist recht groß und wohnlich.

Starting October 1st, my roommate and I are looking for a third roommate. This is a small, partially furnished room (almost everything you see in the foto, except the desk) in an apartment 3 minutes from the Rosenheimer Platz S-Bahn.
The apartment consists of bedrooms, a bathroom (toilet), a bathroom with sink and bathtub, a kitchen, and all the appliances you may need (washing machine, dishwasher, internet, fridge, oven).
Unfortunately there is no balcony, but the kitchen is quite large and livable.

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral und sehr gut verbunden. Der Marienplatz ist in 7 Minuten zu erreichen, das Glockenbachviertel, der Schlachthofviertel und Schwabing sind ebenfalls gut angebunden. Wenn Sie möchten, können Sie nachts nach Hause zu Fuss gehen.
In Haidhausen gibt es mehrere Supermärkte sowie mehrere Restaurants und Bars, um einen schönen Abend zu verbringen.

The apartment is very central and very well connected. The Marienplatz can be reached in 7 minutes, the Glockenbachviertel, Schlachthof and Schwabing are also well connected. If you want, you can walk home at night.
In Haidhausen there are several supermarkets and several restaurants and bars to spend a nice evening.

Wir suchen jemanden, der offen ist, zusammen zu leben und sich ab und zu zu unterhalten. Es ist nicht wichtig, immer zusammen zu essen oder die gleichen Freunde zu haben, aber eine gesellige Atmosphäre ist wichtig. Sauberkeit und Ordnung sind das Wichtigste.
Die offizielle Sprache der Wohnung ist Englisch, obwohl es schön wäre, ein bisschen Deutsch zu üben.

We are looking for someone who is open to living together and to have a chat every now and then. Obviously t is not important to always eat together or have the same friends, but a convivial environment is important. Cleanliness and order are the most important things.
The official language of the flat is English, although it would be nice to practice a little German.
