In unserer 2er WG in München vermiete ich ein 20qm großes, vollmöbliertes Zimmer vom 19.05.-25.06. Der Preis bezieht sich auf einen Monat und wird anteilig auf die 5 Wochen berechnet. Du wirst die Wohnung die meiste Zeit für dich alleine haben, da Mara (deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerin) in der Regel nur 1 Woche pro Monat in München ist.
Die Wohnung bietet Highspeed Internet (300mbit), Wohnzimmermitnutzung, Gym, Südterrasse und Garten mit Grill. Separater Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Fahrradplatz inklusive. Getrenntes Bad/WC, voll ausgestattete Küche.

In our 2-person flatshare in Munich, I am renting out a 20 sqm fully furnished room from May 19th to June 25th. The price is for one month and will be prorated for the 5 weeks. You will mostly have the apartment to yourself, as Mara (your future roommate) is typically only in Munich for one week per month.
The apartment offers high-speed internet (300mbit), access to the living room, a gym, a south-facing terrace, and a garden with a grill. There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine and space for bikes. The apartment also features a separate bathroom/toilet and a fully equipped kitchen.
